I have been a customer of Clean Water Center for a few years now. In the past, I would purchase salt and pick it up and deliver it to my home. I recently had knee surgery and asked if the salt could be delivered to my home.  The service rep said “Sure I would be happy to do that for you” The following Monday a young man named Kyle was at my door on time at 10:30 am. Kyle performed various water tests, explained to me what he was doing as he was doing the tests. He then brought my salt down to the basement, loaded up my softener, and did more tests on my water and equipment, at no extra charge. There was a $12.00 delivery charge for the salt, all of the testing was free. (frankly, I would of paid more for the service I received) The bottom line is the customer service was outstanding, and I will have my salt delivered directly to my home from here on out. Clean Water Center will have my business for life!

For over 45 years, my wife and I have always enjoyed the benefits of soft water. With all of our relocations, we came to expect that we would have softened water. We recently moved into Appleton and found that this necessity was missing from our “new” condo. We began the process of interviewing water treatment companies… a national company and two local companies. It was our intent to not only have soft water, but also eliminate the chlorine as well…the latter causing us skin irritation. We found that all water softening companies are not the same when it came to the latter requirement. One company played down our skin irritations as being not caused by chlorine and the other had so little knowledge about their product line being able to handle both softening and chlorine reduction that we were left at a loss as to what to do. Then we were recommended to contact Water Rights Clean Water people. What a pleasant experience. We met with our project coordinator, a true water professional who not only knew his product line, but all the “ins and outs” of water in general. He explained all the benefits of their products, suggested a unit to handle both softening and chlorine reduction, answered our concerns, and in general gave us the confidence that Water-Rights products were of the quality and pricing that appealed to us. Being very impressed and also considering something to upgrade our drinking water, we also purchased a reverse osmosis drinking water system. Upon signing a contract, an agreed installation date was established and the on-time appointment was kept. Our project coordinator handled all the details; the water treatment unit was specifically built for our needs, and he was present at the installation. On the install day he introduced us to their licensed plumber, and the entire install was completed within the estimated time of 2.5 hours, and NO mess to clean up! It has been about a month since we’ve had our unit installed and are enjoying all the benefits of soft, chlorine free water. In addition, our drinking water is now safer and tastes great. We have no water concerns and would highly recommend the professional team at Water-Rights Clean Water Center when considering upgrading your water.
