Water Treatment Contractor in Oshkosh, WI

We had a customer reach out to us because they had a water softener that was starting to have some issues. The customer wanted to have it serviced to get it back up and running. After a service tech took a look at the system the recommended with the age and parts needed to fix it would be smart to look into a new system. 

A Project Coordinator went out to their home to test the water and take a look for a good location for new equipment. When they tested the water, it showed that they had very hard water but there was no sign of iron or sulfur. The customers only needed a new water softener to help with their water conditions. They discussed the different options and they decided to go with an EVR-1044 water softener on the maintenance plan, so that we could help them take care of any needed maintenance on the equipment to ensure their new investment stayed in good shape. The customer now can be confident that their water is good going into their beautiful home, and that this should be the last water softener that they will ever need to purchase. 

We had an existing customer who was moving into a new home and wanted to have a softener in the new home. The customer wanted to have something installed before moving in so all the new appliances didn't get scaled up.  We sent out Garrett, one of our project coordinators to see what was going to be needed.  After some testing and checking over the general plumbing we recommended a softener and RO system for the home, the customer agreed and set up a installation. After a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have nice clean water for her new home!  

Teresa in Oshkosh noticed that their water softener was leaking. She wanted to keep the leak from damaging the floor in the closet or making its way to other places in the home or basement.  Clean Water Center had installed their iron filter in the past, so they gave them a call.

                Shortly after an appointment was scheduled to have a Project Coordinator out to give a quote and test their water to make sure they made the right suggestion. They suggested an ES-1354, a much larger system then what was installed previous, to save on water, salt, and give the home better soft water coverage.

                Now the softener can be a useful part of the home instead of just a problem piece of equipment causing frustration.

Erik in Oshkosh purchased a home and wanted to make sure he knew everything there was to know about the water treatment equipment. A Project Coordinator reached out to schedule an appointment, but Erik wasn’t available during Clean Water Center’s regular operating hours. At CWC we believe in making things work for you, the Project Coordinator was able to schedule themselves to come out to the home later in the evening to be able to have a conversation with Erik, so he was properly educated on the equipment in his home and how to maintain it.

As municipal areas sprawl more and more homes get connected to the municipal water. Some of those homes were built and lived in well before the municipal water reached that area. This home in Oshkosh was connected to city water a few years ago and with this came totally different water conditions. They system that was in place was working for a while but when it finally stopped working the homeowner asked if there was something a little more slat efficient. A Project Coordinator tested the new city connected and made the recommendation of an EVR-1054, a smaller, WI-FI capable, salt efficient, resin water softener. The homeowner also opted for the optional annual maintenance plan, now Clean Water Center will be out once a year to make sure the system works as well as it can and gets a salt delivery along with a lifetime warranty of the product.

This customer had health and safety testing done by our lab and found high iron levels in the water. The homeowner is remodeling the home and didn't want his new bathrooms and appliances beat up by iron. He did have a water softener, but the iron was too high for the softener to handle. After check things out we recommended an iron filter to solve the iron issues. The customer agreed and got something scheduled in right away. With a clean and quick install the customer no longer needs to worry about iron!   

We had a customer that decided to test there well water too make sure it was safe for drinking. After the test they found a high amount of arsenic in the water, this was a concern for the home owner and they wanted to have it removed. They where referred to us because we offer a state certified R.O. system to remove arsenic from the water. We went out to the home to see what we would need to do to get them safe drinking water. After checking things out the Ultro flo RO was the best fit for the home, the customer wanted to use his fridge for the drinking water so we hooked up just the fridge for him. The customer is now happy to have safe drinking water in his home! 

Barbara was brought to us by a partner, complaining about hard water build up on her dishes after being washed. She had called several companies, none of which were willing to take out the old equipment that was no longer needed. When a Project Coordinator arrived at the house and started investigated, they noticed the softener was actively leaking. The leak was coming from a location that the only way to stop it was shutting off water to the home. After a discussion with our Project Coordinator, Barbara decided on an AOS-1044. We had one in stock and were lucky enough to be able install with quick turnaround. The new unit was installed, and her water was turned back on. 

Clean Water Center was so excited to be able to solve this for Barbara so quickly. Now she has a dry basement and will no longer have hard water build up in her dishwasher.

A new family moved into a home, and with a young child in the home they were not happy with the quality of water in the home. To give them peace of mind, and improve their drinking water quality they decided to install a reverse osmosis system for all the water they consume. This great drinking water not only goes to an additional faucet at the kitchen sink to fill jugs or pots, but also to their refrigerator for drinking water and ice cubes.

This customer in Oshkosh had recently moved into a home and they were not familiar with water treatment equipment the previous homeowner had installed.

The Clean Water Center scheduled an appointment with the new homeowner to take a look and walk through what the water treatment did, how it works, and how to maintain not only the water softener but their reverse osmosis system as well. During the consultation, our staff noticed that the current softener no longer worked and was probably not economical to try and fix. 

A discussion was had with the homeowner and they had decided to purchase a new water softener to protect their home from water hardness and a small amount of iron.

Mrs. K. scheduled an appointment for us to come out to her home to deliver salt for her water softener and to clean the brine tank out.  Kyle was able to deliver her solar salt.  Being the middle of winter, it is harder to clean the brine tank out.  Mrs. K.'s brine tank was experiencing some bridging (meaning salt build up in the tank).   She would need to let the salt run down and start chipping away at it.  He discussed the benefits of cleaning the tank out in the summer outside with a garden hose.  

This customer gave Clean Water Center a call because his water softener was constantly running to the drain. Garrett, one of our service technicians, arrived to find the unit in bypass. Garrett also discovered several other internal parts that would need to be replaced to get this water softener up and running. Ultimately, it came down to a the decision by the customer of repair vs. replace. 

Mrs. V. called us because she was noticing some air in the lines after the unit regens usually first thing in the morning.  After the first burst of air, it usually goes away.  Kyle our tech tested the water and everything looked good there. He ran the unit through a regen and found poor air draw and a loud squeal during cycles.  He changed a few parts that needed to be changed out.  He instructed the home owner to do a super regen for the next 3 days and let us know if the air comes back.

The homeowner gave us a call because they were having problems with their reverse osmosis system tank.  It didn't seem to be producing water very fast.  Randy, our service manager, stopped over at the home to inspect the unit.  The filters needed to be changed as they were all plugged up.  He then tested the water to make sure the RO was working properly and even checked over the water softener as long as he was there. 

Mrs. C. called to see of we could come check out her water treatment equipment.  She was experiencing a lot of air in the lines when using her faucets.  Randy our service manager, was able to go to the home and investigate the issue.  He was able to clean up the system and change a few parts.  The homeowner was not charged anything for this visit because they are under the maintenance plan that they signed up for at the time of install.  

Mr. and Mrs. G. asked us to come out to their home to change their yearly reverse osmosis filters and to check over their water softener as it was making terrible noises. 

Randy, our service manager, was able to head out to the home to change those filters and investigate the noise on the softener.  He cleaned the softener up and tested the water to make sure the system was functioning properly before leaving the home. 

Kyle our service technician when out to visit Mr. an Mrs. S because their brine tank was full of water and was not draining.  He was able to change a few parts and run the unit through a cycle and tested the water to make sure the unit was running properly after the service work was complete.

This homeowner was noticing loud noises coming from the basement by the water softener. Are service manager Randy came out to the home to see what was going on. He first tested the water to see if the water softener was working and it was. He changed the screen and injector because it was due for replacement and ran it threw and cycle. The softener was not making any noise but found the well pump was short cycling. Randy recommended a plumper take a look at the pump.

Mr, J had his maintenance plan renewal. During this time we performed regular maintenance and inline filter repalcement. Mr, J had his yearly salt delivered to his basement to save him time. When Kyle are service tech was there Mr, J had him take a water sample for his yearly well test that is recommended. 

Mr.B, a reguler customer of ours, had is yearly salt delvery right to the basement. Garrett are tech also tested water to insure the softener was working as it should. Mr.B is always happy when can deliver salt right to his basement, saveing him time and not having to carry all that salt into the basement. 

Mr. and Mrs. S reached out to us about there rental softener not working correctly. We had are service tech kyle come out to the home to diagnose the issue. Kyle found the injector plugged with well casing. Kyle replaced the injector and the piston all at no cost on the rental softener. Kyle ran the softener and made sure it was working as it should. Mr. and Mrs. S are happy that kyle was able to fix the softener within 1 hour! 

Kyle performed yearly replacment on the pre,post and inline filter on Mr. and Mrs. S R.O. system. At this time we also tested the water and deliverd salt. 

Mr. M called us to see if we could fix his water softener.  He said that the water did not seem to be going down in the brine tank.  Our service manager Randy, was able to get to the home to investigate the situation.  He was able to change a few small parts and ran it through a cycle to make sure the unit was working properly before he left.  All is good now.  Thank you Mr. M for your business.

The homeowners called us because their water softener was leaking. Randy was able to clean up the system and ran it through a cycle to be sure the unit would not leak anymore.  He also tested the water before and after the treatment equipment was all good.

Homeowners called us because they were noticing rust in their water.  They had never had their softener serviced before and were using the water for irrigation purposes.  Because of that, the units insides were depleting causing the system to not function properly.  We were able to send a tech out to fix the problem and get them great water again. 

The homeowners called us to come check out their system.  They had a power outage recently and their unit was not displaying information.  Our technicians Randy and Shae went to the home to access the situation.   They were able to fix the unit for them and get it up and running again.

It was that time of year to change the reverse osmosis filters in Mr. and Mrs. S's home.  Our tech Shae went to the home to change them out for the homeowners.  

Mr. B called us to see if we could fix the unit that had a slow drip coming from the head of the unit.  We were able to send Layke out to the home to fix the unit to get it to stop.  Layke also delivered some salt that was requested.

Mr and Mrs B called us to come out to look at their Impression Reverse Osmosis System.  They were experiencing very low water pressure and condensation on one of their water tanks.  We found that the RO pressure tank needed to be replaced.  We left the home making sure everything was neat and clean as it was before we got there. 

Sometimes well water can smell. We can help with that! A sulfur filter can pull the odors out of the water without the use of any chemicals. The media inside of the tank will have to be replaced eventually (depending on amount of odors, and water usage). You do not have to live with smelly water just because you’re on well water! In this case the homeowner wanted a water softener to take out the hardness and iron, and a sulfur filter to pull the odors out.

Karin K called us to change their reverse osmosis drinking water system filters. Our service technician Shae changed the pre, post, and inline filters. Shae also tested the water before and after the softener and drinking water system. The drinking water system is working great with the new filters!
