Customer had an old big box store softener that never really solved all their problems and eventually just stopped working all together. After a consultation with someone from our team the customer decided they wanted to finally get the water quality they always wanted. With a new iron filter, softener, and reverse osmosis system replacement they now have water that satisfies all their needs.
We had an existing customer who was moving into a new home and wanted to have a softener in the new home. The customer wanted to have something installed before moving in so all the new appliances didn't get scaled up. We sent out Garrett, one of our project coordinators to see what was going to be needed. After some testing and checking over the general plumbing we recommended a softener and RO system for the home, the customer agreed and set up a installation. After a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have nice clean water for her new home!
Phyllis had hard water, with the home already having a water softener she knew something wasn’t right. She called Clean Water Center asking to take a look and a technician, after a quick investigation, suggested a conversation about replacing the softener rather than fixing it might be a better option.
A Project Coordinator was sent out soon after to further investigate. After discussing with the Project Coordinator about her options she decided on a new softener, an ES-1044, instead of fixing the old one.
An Installer was sent within 48 hours and she had a newly installed softener within a week of her initial call.
Some customers have undesirable water and just deal with it, but at some point, they have had enough. Such is the case with this home in Green Bay. They always had bad sulfur smell in their water, and their hot water always had grey water and black sediment. They thought there was nothing they could do about it, but they finally called Clean Water Center and a Project Coordinator mentioned that a sulfur filter would be able to treat both the odor and the discolored water, and it would fit in the small space they had available next to their softener.
This customer new they had hard water before calling Clean Water Center. They also knew they needed a new water softener and were ready to replace their existing system. Our Project Coordinator discussed an EVRS-1044, a salt efficient, smart system that is still compact and perfect for a 1–5-person home on Cleveland city water.
