We had a customer reach out to us because he was looking to add some water treatment too his home. The customer recently found out he has been having dry itchy sink from the hard, chlorinated city water. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do to help. After some testing, the water was hard and had a high amount of chlorine in the water.  When dealing with both, we recommend our EVRC water softener. The EVRC is a high efficiency softener but also has a carbon chamber to remove chlorine out of the water. The customer was excited we can remove both with one piece of equipment and not have to change a filter every couple months. We also installed a Clear Flo ro to get the best drinking water for the home. After a nice clean install, the homeowner can enjoy his water again!

We had a customer that we do salt delivery's for reach out because the softeners they had where leaking and they could not be fixed. We sent out a project coordinator to check things out to see what we could do for them. After checking out the plumbing and the set up we were able to put a quote together for them. They agreed to the new softeners and we got them ordered up. We where able to get out techs out and get the job done in one day. They are happy to have new units that no longer leak! 

We had a customer who just moved into that did not have a water softener. The customer had one in his home previously and after the first shower knew he need a softener for his new home. The customer had us service his  old home so he gave us a call to see what we could do for the new home. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and check out the install area. After some testes we found hard water and a high amount of chlorine in the water. We recommended the EVRC softener, this is a 2 in 1 system that had a carbon chamber to removed chlorine then a resin chamber to soften the water.  The customer liked this system and got on the schedule, after a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have soft water again.  

Mr. and Mrs. S. had lived in their Bellevue home for years, and for years they noticed the hard water build up and they chose to live with it. They finally had enough and chose to shop around for water softener options. We were one of the first companies to come out to their home to provide them a quote on water softener options. Naturally, we took in all the information possible. This included the city water conditions (hardness, chlorine content, etc.) and the ultimate goal of what the family was trying to achieve with their water quality as well. After a very good conversation, our EVRC model was found to be the best fit because it was the most efficient, and because it also removed the chlorine in the municipal water. They now have soft, chemical-free water. 

Customer called to have us replace their non functional water softener and had complaints about a bad odor in their water. After a Project Coordinator assessed the water conditions the customer decided on a new water softener and a sulfur filter. The customer also wanted us to replace their reverse osmosis system and instead on installing the new RO under the sink we were able to put it in the basement for easier maintenance.
