We had a customer reach out to us because he was sick of the hard water build up and chlorine odor in his water. Mr. S. also did not drink the water and was spending almost one thousand dollars a year on bottled water for his family. We had one of our projector coordinators go out and see what we had going on. After testing the water, we found hard water, high amounts of chlorine and total dissolved solids. All of this in the water was causing the issues for the homeowner. After going over options we found the EVRC softener was the best option. This softener will soften the water and remove chlorine all in one! We also added a Reverse Osmosis system for good, clean drinking water. Mr. S. is very happy he can finally drink the water in his home!
We had an existing customer who moved into a new home without a water softener. After a couple of showers, the homeowner knew right away the water was hard and drying out her hair and skin. She gave us a call to see what we could do. After some water tests, we found the water to be hard. We reviewed some different softeners and the homeowner went with the EVR softener. The W.E.T and WRIPLI was a key for the homeowner, the W.E.T. will save on salt making the system very efficient and with the WRIPLI wifi tech the homeowner can access the system from anywhere she wants! They also signed up for our maintenance plan so we can service the unit once a year a deliver salt so the homeowner does not need to worry about a thing!
The homeowner contacted Clean Water Center to request that a reverse osmosis (RO) system be installed to replace their old system. RO systems provide food-grade water meant for drinking, cooking, and ice, generally replacing the need to purchase bottled water. A project coordinator stopped out to test the homeowner's water, ensuring that it was okay for a reverse osmosis system. The project coordinator discussed the different options for RO systems with the homeowner, who then made a decision to have the ClearFLo reverse osmosis system installed into their home.
Mr. and Mrs. K were concerned about hard water negatively influencing their home and the chlorine levels that the city was putting into their water. Not only that, but they also wanted good quality drinking water. They chose to move forward with the EVRC because it both softens the water, and removes chlorine that is put into city water. In regard to the drinking water quality, they chose to go with the Eclipse Ultroflow Reverse Osmosis drinking system that provides them an 80%-98% reduction of EVERYTHING that is in the water, providing them Food Grade water.
Customer met one of the Project Coordinators at a networking event and learned about what we do. She currently had a Reverse Osmosis Drinking System that had been moved from one house to this one year ago. Unit was older and hard to find filters for, so she was looking to upgrade her Reverse Osmosis.
The Project Coordinator met her at her home to assess the water and placement of the new system. The customer informed the Project Coordinator that the holding tank was new and would like to use it along with the new one. We were able to install a few days later, and add the new RO Storage tank with the old one, so that she has extra clean, safe drinking water for her and her family.
