We had a existing customer of ours reach out to us because they had noticed some sulfur odor in the water over the last month or so. Sulfur is very common in  this area but can come and go, this is the first time they had noticed it in the water.  We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do for them. After testing the water we found a high level of sulfur in the water, the current softener was not meant to handle the sulfur so that's why the customer had noticed it coming into the house. After some discussion we recommended the EVS sulfur filter, this systems works by oxidizing the water to turn the sulfur into a solid then being able to filter that out with carbon. The customer was very happy to have clean water again! 

Mr. and Mrs. D were experiencing staining and odor from their water, and had 20 year old softener that wasn't keeping up. We chose to replace with our All-In-One water conditioner, the EV2. With their higher levels of iron, some sulfur odor, and hard water, it made sense to go with a system that could handle it all, without multiple pieces of equipment. They are now odor free, stain free, and receive soft water on a consistent basis.

Mr. and Mrs. J had an older water softener that hadn't been working for years, so they had hard water and iron that was wreaking havoc on their home. After we had a Project Coordinator visit them and do some testing on their water conditions, they found that the EVR was the best fit because it could handle the levels of iron that they had and it would soften their water consistently and efficiently. They are now iron free and living with soft water. 

Mr. and Mrs. D. purchased a water softener for their home back in 2006 and recently they were having issues. It didn't seem that their aging softener was regenerating appropriately. After a service technician found that the water softener meter was not working, they recommended a replacement. Industry average for the life-span of water softeners is about 10-15 years and Mr. and Mrs. D. were in that range. After meeting with our Project Coordinator, the best fit seemed to be our entry level ES water softener that was simple, but still superior to what was in place prior. They now have a nice water softener that doesn't require every day attention.

Mr. and Mrs. M. had purchased an EVOLVE water softener from us a few years ago, but chose to keep their existing filter at that time. This filter addressed iron and sulfur, but used chemicals as the form of treatment. As Mr. and Mrs. M. noticed quality decreasing and taking into consideration the maintenance required for such a system, they chose to look at new options. We were able to show that we could treat their iron and sulfur via our EVFE whole house filter. The EVFE air charge filter does not use chemicals and requires less maintenance compared to those that use an air compressor for a created air charge. They now have a simplified treatment set up and no longer deal with chemical treatment for their well water.
