Mr. and Mrs. G had moved into their new home and they were now first time home owners on a well. The new home they moved into had one of our reverse osmosis systems that is state certified to remove Arsenic, a fleet farm water softener and a sediment filter prior to all other treatment equipment. After the inspection process for health and safety was done, we followed up with them after closing to go into the aesthetics of the water and give them some general information on maintenance and upkeep. After some time of being in the home, they realized that their water softener was failing and because we had already been out and had the information needed, we were able to provide them with our more economic water softener, the ES, and changed their sediment filter to our Twist II Clean sediment filter that allows for better flow to/through the softener. The family who never experienced well water is now set up with a new and better equipped water softener and sediment filter, which is allowing their reverse osmosis system to be as efficient as possible.
Our state's certified health and safety lab had tested water for a customer who had bought a new home. After testing we found the water was safe but had a bad odor. We sent out one of our project coordinators too see what we had going on. We found sulfur in the water making it smell like rotten eggs. We also found a high amount of iron and the water softener was no longer working. After going over some options with the customer we found the EVR water softener and EVFE iron filter would be the best fit. The high efficiency of the water softener lets our customer use a very little amount of salt while still getting nice soft water. The EVFE will handle the iron and small amounts of sulfur. After the new water treatment equipment was installed there was no longer an odor to the water and there was soft water in the home.
A homeowner in the area reached out to us because he had a old water softener that was not working anymore and wanted to have it replaced. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and go over some options on what we recommend for replacement. After going over some options the customer went with the ES water softener. The ES softener is a economical softener that will delver a high quality of water on a budget. After a quick and clean install the homeowner is happy to have soft water again.
A customer of ours purchased a home that had a older water softener in it, they noticed when they moved in the water was not great. They had reached out to us to service the system but after some discussions we found out the system was old and the parts for this unit have been discounted. We recommended a project coordinator come out and see what we could do for a new system. After some tests of the water we recommend the EV2, this is an all in one unit that can handle high iron and hardness as well. The customer liked the idea of just a one tank system, after a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have clean water in the new home!
Mr. K. was new to well water and needed some help to know what he had and if it was working. Our project coordinator went out to see what Mr. K. had and how we could help. After testing the water and looking at the equipment we found the softener was working, but the chlorination de-chlorination system was not. We found that removing this system and replacing it with our EVS sulfur filter will be an easier and more efficient system. Mr. K. is very happy with the new system and that he no longer needs to fill the system with chlorine.
