The homeowner contacted Clean Water Center to request that a reverse osmosis (RO) system be installed to replace their old system. RO systems provide food-grade water meant for drinking, cooking, and ice, generally replacing the need to purchase bottled water. A project coordinator stopped out to test the homeowner's water, ensuring that it was okay for a reverse osmosis system. The project coordinator discussed the different options for RO systems with the homeowner, who then made a decision to have the ClearFLo reverse osmosis system installed into their home.

Mr. and Mrs. K were concerned about hard water negatively influencing their home and the chlorine levels that the city was putting into their water. Not only that, but they also wanted good quality drinking water. They chose to move forward with the EVRC because it both softens the water, and removes chlorine that is put into city water. In regard to the drinking water quality, they chose to go with the Eclipse Ultroflow Reverse Osmosis drinking system that provides them an 80%-98% reduction of EVERYTHING that is in the water, providing them Food Grade water.

Customer met one of the Project Coordinators at a networking event and learned about what we do. She currently had a Reverse Osmosis Drinking System that had been moved from one house to this one year ago. Unit was older and hard to find filters for, so she was looking to upgrade her Reverse Osmosis.

The Project Coordinator met her at her home to assess the water and placement of the new system. The customer informed the Project Coordinator that the holding tank was new and would like to use it along with the new one. We were able to install a few days later, and add the new RO Storage tank with the old one, so that she has extra clean, safe drinking water for her and her family. 

We had a customer reach out to us because they did not like the water quality in there home. They had a bad taste to the water and a lot of hard water build up as well, the customer had new water using appliances and didn't want them destroyed. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do. After some testing we found hard water and a very high amount of TDS, this was leading to a bad taste in the water and the build they had been dealing with. We recommend a water softener for the whole home and a reverse osmosis system for the drinking water. The customer agreed and got something scheduled in, after a clean and quick install the home owner is happy to have nice clean water in the home! 

Mr. and Mrs. S. live on a well and had a 15-20 year old water softener and iron filter. They began to notice leaking coming from one of the units, and due to the age, they felt that it was a good time to look into replacement options before the situation worsened. After a consultation was scheduled with one of our Project Coordinators, it was found that they had sediment coming from the well that could have caused the leaking, enough iron to stain anything in the home, small amounts of sulfur gas and of course, hardness. With knowing all of their water concerns, it was found that our ONE sediment filter was best equipped for the amount of sediment coming through, our EVFE iron filter would handle both the iron and sulfur, and the softener would be last in line to remove the hardness. They no longer have failing water treatment equipment and can have peace of mind with good quality water for years to come.
