We had a customer reach out to our office regarding getting a new Water Softener. The homeowner was having issues with his old softener using a lot of salt and not getting good water quality. We set up for one of our project coordinators to go test the water and go over options for what would work the best for him. After testing the water, we found the iron was higher than what a standard water softener could handle safely. We recommended the EV2 water conditioner, this unit can handle higher amounts of iron then a standard softener. The homeowner liked the idea of have an all-in-one unit that can give him a high-quality water. After a clean install the homeowner is very happy with his water in the home.
Mr D. called because his softener was getting old and wanted to look into getting a new one. A project coordinator went out to his house and went over new options for him. He was impressed with the equipment and presentations, that he decided to go with a new ES-1044 Softener. It was installed and he should be all set with quality water for his household for years and years to come.
Customer had heard our ad on the radio and called the Clean Water Center as he was not happy with his current water treatment equipment and wanted to look into new equipment. A Project Coordinator went out to the his house to assess the situation and go over new equipment options with him.
The Project Coordinator went out to the house, and found an older softener and Reverse Osmosis system installed. They found that the water had 26 gpg of hardness and the TDS was around 626. The customer decided to go with a new EVRS-1044 water softener, and Clear Flo Reverse Osmosis System. We installed it the next week and now the customer can cross that off his to-do list!
Homeowner was looking to upgrade to the newest water technology. We supplied him with a EVRS Water Softener, and EVFE Iron FIlter and an Ultro Flow Reverse Osmosis water filtration system.
Mr. & Mrs. L. were experiencing staining and odor issues with their water and they finally had enough of it. After speaking with a representative at the L&L Appleton Home Show, they chose to have a Project Coordinator go out to their home for further assessment. It was found that their softener was not capable or able to handle the iron and sulfur levels, but they also wanted to get the best drinking water possible. After scoping plumbing and testing water, it was found that an EVFE iron filter was the best option to remove the iron and sulfur odor. For the drinking water we provided them the Ultroflow R.O. to give them an 80%-98% reduction of everything in the water. They now have food grade drinking water and are able to run water without staining or a nasty rotten egg like odor.
