We had a customer of ours who had a iron filter installed by us a few years ago reach out regarding his softener not working as well as it used too. We came out too test the water and see what softener would work best. After the testing we found very hard water. After going over some different options they had decided on the EVR water softener.  This softener features W.E.T. this feature saves on salt and water up to 50%! The customer was very happy they will be using less salt and not wasting as much water during the regen cycle. They also singed up for the maintenance plan we offer on the EVR, this plan covers us coming out once a year and doing the annual service we recommend, the customer also gets salt delivered at pick up price and discounts on health and safety testing. The best part about the maintenance plan will also change the warranty into life time parts and labor as long as you are on the plan! 

Customer called into the Clean Water Center as they had just moved in and the water had a horrible rotten egg smell, and he was curious if we could help him take care of it. A Project Coordinator went out to the house and verified that they had a large sulfur smell coming from the water and after taking the tests found that they also had high iron, with 6 ppm from the well. The previous owner had put in some equipment from farm and fleet, that was working to soften the water, but not take away the smell. 

After going over the benefits of an iron filter to take away the sulfur smell, and help protect the house from the high iron, the customer decided to  have us install an EVFE-1354 Iron filter, and uninstall some of the equipment that would no longer be needed that the previous home owner had put in. 

Customer called in because his Iron Curtain just kept running and would not shut off. He had to unplug it. A project coordinator went out to his home, and found that the Iron Curtain was from 2006. Also found 4 ppm of iron coming into the home, so they needed to get it replaced fast.

We were able to get them a new one installed that same week, so they shouldn't have to deal with too much iron staining their home. 

This customer has a newer water softener, but found that it was regenerating often, and did not think it was working very well, as their water smelled funny. A project coordinator went out to the property and found that they had a trace amount of sulfur and 2 ppm of iron in the water. The customer and the Project Coordinator decided that an iron filter would be the best bet for them, as the iron level is pretty high and could take their current softener down a little faster that the customer would like, and it could help them with the smell of the water as well. The customer also decided to have us install an Ultro Flo Reverse Osmosis as well, so that they new that they had clean drinking water. 

David just purchased his house, and the previous owner had rented equipment from us. He decided he did not want to rent the equipment, but instead purchase. We brought in a new EVRS-1044 water softener and ClearFlo Reverse Osmosis System for his new house. We installed the new equipment and hauled the old Rental Units out for him. He and his family should be all set up in their new home.
