The homeowner contacted Clean Water Center to learn more about the water in their home. A project coordinator was sent out to the home to test the water for chlorine levels, hardness, pH, and total dissolved solids (TDS). The project coordinator was able to determine the hardness of the water and had a conversation with the homeowner to discuss options for treating the water. The homeowner was interested in finding a solution that would maximize efficiency with water and salt usage while softening the water. Our AOE water softener was the perfect choice with its Water Efficient Technology, which keeps track of water usage in the home and uses this information to minimize the amount of water and salt that is used during each regeneration. The homeowner now has soft water and can enjoy the water and salt savings that come from our AOE's Water Efficient Technology. 

We had a customer how purchased a new home on well water. The customer had a softener in the home but discovered that the garage/shop was untreated and had a hook up for a softener. The customer wanted to make sure he had treated water for is garage for various different uses. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After taking a look at the set up the biggest challenge was space, we only had a very small room that already had a water heater and furnace in it. With taking some measurements we figured out we can make things fit. The customer went with a rental systems so he doesn't have to worry about a thing!  After the install the customer is happy to have treated water in the garage! 

Homeowners in Appleton that were on well water were having iron staining and pungent sulfur smells. Their older water softener was unable to keep up with the iron levels coming through, and was doing nothing for the noticeable odor, so they had us come in for a consultation. We found higher iron levels, and trace amounts of sulfur odor that allowed us to apply our Zeolite system in this particular situation. Mr. H was having issues with his water softener that was 20+ years old and instead of putting more money into his older system he chose to go with a newer option. Mr. H chose to go with our entry level professional grade softener, the ES. The ES  is providing him with softened water on a more continuous basis. 

Mr. and Mrs. W. had moved into home not that long ago and noticed that their water softener wasn't working properly. Because of that, they were having white crusty build up and orange iron staining. Not only that, but that had what seemed to be sand coming from the well also. After a full consultation and water analysis, it was found that the iron concern was easily addressed with a water softener alone, but the softener needed to be protected from the sand. A whole house filter of ours, the ONE Filter, with a sediment cartridge was found to be necessary for sediment removal and equipment protection.
