We had a customer that moved from well water with a softener to city water with no softener. The homeowner noticed right away the scaling and water spotting in the home. The homeowner gave us a call to see if we could solve his problems. One of our project coordinators stopped out to see what we can do. After testing the water, we found it to be hard. After discussing a few options, they decided to go with the EVRS water softener. After a quick and easy install the homeowner can now enjoy the soft water and no more spotting!
We had a customer move into a new home without a water softener. After only a couple weeks the customer had noticed hardwater build up in the home. We sent out one of our project coordinators to test the water and see how we could help. After a water test in the home we found very hard water. After discussing some options the customer decided to go with the EVR water softener. They opted in for the W.E.T feature, which allows a water softener to use only the amount of water and salt needed helping to reduce waste and save money, and also opted in for the available maintenance plan since he liked not having to worry about getting salt or maintaining the system himself. After a clean and quick install the customer has nice soft water in the home!
We had a customer call us regarding their old water softener. With the age of the softener and the issues it was having we recommend looking into replacing the softener. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After testing the water and going over the options on softeners the customer decided on the EVR softener. The EVR is a very high efficient system that has a feature called W.E.T, this stands for water efficient technology. With this technology, we can reduce the water and salt used during the regeneration if its not needed. The customer should only use 4 bags a salt a year! The customer was very happy with the new softener and using less salt.
Customer called Clean Water Center looking to understand what best to do with their non-functioning water softener. They also had questions on why they didn’t like the taste of their water much. After discussing replacing their softener with an EVRS-1044, the Project Coordinator mentioned that most people do not particularly like the taste of softened water and that reverse osmosis water is a bottled water quality system for at home use.
Tracy in Appleton called Clean Water Center asking to fix her backwashing filter, which was a rental taken over by a now closed company. However, the existing system was not doing what she wanted out of her water treatment equipment. After a conversation with a Project Coordinator, they decided to rent a EVRC which is a water softener that also has a section of activated carbon for city water chlorine treatment. Treating your chlorine for the whole home not only keeps away that pool-like smell but also lengthens the life of your water softener’s resin.
