This couple just purchased this home and knew their water was bad. They did not want to move in, or use any water until they put some water treatment equipment in. Our Project Coordinator came out to test the water and see what kind of equipment would be needed. After testing, the Project Coordinator found the water to be hard, and have 2ppm of Iron. The couple decided to rent the units to get started, and went with an EVR-1044U Water Softener, as well as an EVFE-1354 Iron Filter. We got it installed quickly for them, and they were able to move into their new home.
This customer and his wife had been in the house for about 2 years. They had a water softener in the house, but it just started leaking, so they called the Clean Water Center. A Project Coordinator went out to their house, tested the water, and assessed the location of the current equipment. After testing they found the water was extremely hard at 28 gpg, and had a high level of chlorine in the water as well.
The customer decided to have us install an ES-1044 Water Softener to replace their old one.
Customer just moved to Wisconsin from another state and wanted to get clean drinking water at his home, so that he did not have to keep buying bottled water. He purchased an RO from a store and wanted us to put it in. We do not install other peoples equipment and when the customer heard that, he decided he wanted to hear what we had to offer.
A Project Coordinator went out to his house to assess the water, and found that they did not have a water softener installed, but since the city water is from Lake Michigan, so the water was under the 10 gpg of hardness that is recommended when installing a softener.
After educating the customer on the benefits that Our Reverse Osmosis systems have, and that we could install it the same week, the customer called right after the consultation to purchase our equipment and have us install it. We installed it 2 days later for him under the sink, as he did not have a basement, and now his family can enjoy clean drinking water with out having to buy bottled water consistently.
The homeowner contacted Clean Water Center to learn more about the water in their home. A project coordinator was sent out to the home to test the water for chlorine levels, hardness, pH, and total dissolved solids (TDS). The project coordinator was able to determine the hardness of the water and had a conversation with the homeowner to discuss options for treating the water. The homeowner was interested in finding a solution that would maximize efficiency with water and salt usage while softening the water. Our AOE water softener was the perfect choice with its Water Efficient Technology, which keeps track of water usage in the home and uses this information to minimize the amount of water and salt that is used during each regeneration. The homeowner now has soft water and can enjoy the water and salt savings that come from our AOE's Water Efficient Technology.
We had a customer how purchased a new home on well water. The customer had a softener in the home but discovered that the garage/shop was untreated and had a hook up for a softener. The customer wanted to make sure he had treated water for is garage for various different uses. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After taking a look at the set up the biggest challenge was space, we only had a very small room that already had a water heater and furnace in it. With taking some measurements we figured out we can make things fit. The customer went with a rental systems so he doesn't have to worry about a thing! After the install the customer is happy to have treated water in the garage!
