Mr. P. had an older water softener in the house he purchased a few years ago. In the last couple months, he had noticed the water was not as soft as it once was, and the brine tank kept backing up with water. We had one of our service techs go out to his home to figure out what was happening. After diagnosing many issues with the softener, the tech recommended it be replaced. Our project coordinator went out to get a cost on a new system for Mr. P. We found the EVRS to best suit the needs of the customer. We were able to install a new water softener within a week. Our customer was very happy with how quick and easy getting the new softener was and he no longer needs to deal with hard water!

This newly constructed school in Shawano began noticing signs of hardness build up throughout the facility. With a simple call to Bob, we were able to provide a solution with the installation of a Custom Care Softener.

We had a customer who was renting a water softener with another company and was having issues with it and wanted to look into something new. We sent out a project coordinator to test water and see what we could do for him. After some testing we found higher iron then what a water softener can handle safely. We recommended going with a iron filter for the iron and then the softener for the hardness. The customer liked the idea of something that can handle the water conditions better then what he had. After a quick and clean install the customer was happy to have clean water again! 

The homeowner called the Clean Water Center to discuss replacing an old water softener. A project coordinator went out to the home to test the water. The homeowner had hard water, so the project coordinator went over new softener options with them. The homeowner decided to purchase our AOE water softener, ensuring the best long-term salt and water efficiencies. The homeowner also decided to purchase our maintenance plan available with the AOE softener. The homeowner now has soft water again and can enjoy the comfort of knowing that their water softener will be well-maintained by the Clean Water Center.

The customer called in with concerns of the water smelling and causing hardness build up. A Project Coordinator went to the house to test the water and found that the old softener was not working. There did not seem to be a smell at the time of the Project Coordinator's visit, but if it was sulfur, that is not uncommon, as it fluctuates. But the wife came in and stated that she could not stand the smell coming from the laundry room when that smell is present. 

The Project Coordinator, did find .5ppm of iron in the water as well, and when they went over solutions, the Project Coordinator suggested a new water softener, as well as an iron filter, to help with iron and if the sulfur comes back, the iron filter will be able to take care of that as well. The customer decided to have us start with just the install of the  ES-1044 Water Softener. He thought, he might try to clean the washing machine out and see if that was the main issue of the smell, and if not, he may have us install an iron filter as well in the future.
