Mr. and Mrs. A bought a new home that had water treatment equipment completely removed. With higher levels of iron staining their house and the hard water wreaking havoc on their appliances, they decided to give us a call. After testing water, we found that the best solution was to go with our EVFE iron filter and our EVR water softener, because this route is going to create the most efficient salt usage possible. They are now living in their new home with soft, iron-free water. 

Mr. F. was a long time Rental customer. He decided he was going to be in the home for long time and wanted to purchase a system. We sent out one of our project coordinators to test the water and see what options worked best for him. After some testing and discussion we found the EVR water softener the best solution for him. With Mr. F. renting from us we applied a rental discount for the purchase of the new system.  After a clean install Mr. F. is happy to have a nice, new water softener in the home for years to come!

We had a customer reach out to use because she just moved into a brand new home and was noticing a lot of hard water build up on all the new appliances and fixtures.  Mrs. R. did not want them to be ruined by the hard water. We sent out one of our project coordinators out to test the water and get a look at what we had going on. After testing and finding extremely hard water we recommend the EVR water softener. After a clean installation Mrs. R. does not need to worry about the water destroying things in the home.  

Mr. and Mrs. P. are current customers, and when the tech went to service their current softener, he had found their current softener to be clogged up with Iron and they had mentioned that their laundry was turning orange due to the iron content in the water. When the project Coordinator came to test the water, it was found that there was 5ppm of Iron in the water. They purchased and EVFE-1054 Iron filter, which was put in front of the current softener. By doing this, it will ensure that the softener will not get clogged with Iron, and there laundry should remain nice and white from now on. 

Mr. H had an old softener in place and had to uninstall it due to some home improvement. He decided instead of re-installing his old equipment, he would like to get a new water softener installed. He had many questions, and we went out a second time to answer any questions that he had regarding our equipment. They decided to get a new EVRS-1044 installed.
