Clean Water Center Before & After Photos

Customer just purchased home in October of 2022. She was not sure when the softener was put in, and was going to start doing some renovations soon, so she wanted to make sure that her new investment was protected from water issues. She called the Clean Water Center to look into a new water softener, so that she could be confident that the system was working and would continue to protect her forever home. 

She decided to have us install the EVRS-1044 water softener. Now she knows she has a solid system, and a great team behind her if she needs any help with it. 

Customer called the Clean Water Center for service on their equipment. They were finding their water pressure to be lower than usual. A service tech went out to the home to do service on their equipment. He was able to change their filters in the Reverse Osmosis equipment, Found that their softener was working well, but the Iron Curtain that they had installed was starting to get clogged up with iron, causing the water pressure issue. 

The Iron Curtain was at close to 20 years old, and would not be able to be serviced. The technician had a Project Coordinator go out to the home go over new options. After a discussion with the Project Coordinator, they decided that they wanted to go with an

EVFE-1354, which was the largest one available, as they wanted to make sure that they did not have any pressure issues again. 

We installed as soon as it was special ordered and made for them. 

The customer had an Iron curtain that was about 18 years old that started leaking. They had 4 ppm of iron, so they wanted it taken care of right away before everything in the home started staining and the iron started clogging up their current water softener. 

They called the Clean Water Center where the Project Coordinator recommended an EVFE-1252 iron filter to replace their current unit. They also talked about the importance of annual maintenance on both pieces of equipment. We were able to get the EVFE-1252 installed for them the very next day. The customer also decided to go on the service plan so that we could help them do maintenance on it and their current water softener on a yearly basis.

After service on the old water softener, the technician recommended new equipment as the old softener was not able to be serviced, and the Reverse Osmosis was too old to get filters for. 

Customer decided to have a Project Coordinator come out to the home to discuss new options. She decided to go with the EVR-1044 water softener and a new Reverse Osmosis drinking system. She also opted to go on the service plan for both, as we can help her maintain the new equipment on a yearly basis and give her the lifetime warranty on it as well. 

Customer called the Clean Water Center as he noticed his old Morton water softener was not using salt anymore. The current equipment was over 20 years old. A Project Coordinator went out to the home to test the water and assess the basement for placement of new equipment. 

While testing the water, she found the water smelling of sulfur as well as testing 2.5 ppm of iron in the water. The customer stated that the water will smell of sulfur occasionally throughout the year. They discussed options for new equipment and the Project Coordinator recommended an iron filter to go with the new softener, due to the sulfur and high iron in the water. He never had an iron filter before, and was not sure that he wanted one, so he decided to purchase a new water softener and rent the iron filter to see if he liked the water better afterwards. 

We installed an EVRS-1044 water softener for purchase and an EVFE-1054 iron filter for rent for him a couple of days later.
