The homeowner called into the Clean Water Center as they had just moved in to their newly built home, and needed water treatment equipment as they were finding clear signs of calcium build up around their faucets and fixtures.
A Project Coordinator went out to the home to assess the situation and find a good place for the install. After finding the city water to have 20 gpg of hardness, it was no wonder they were finding the calcium build up. The problem they faced was the plumbing in the basement. The only drain was about 30 feet away from the first inlet of the city water to the home. Not a big problem, just needed to figure out the perfect way to coordinate the install so that the whole home would run through the softener, and they could still get to the drain, and allow the customer to possibly furnish the basement in the future. After figuring out the solution, the homeowner decided to have us install the EVRS-1044 water softener.
This customer called the Clean Water Center for filter change on their current Reverse Osmosis. The technician went to the home to replace them, and found the unit to be older and that we could not get filters for them anymore. He noticed that our equipment was in the home, and mentioned that we recommend yearly maintenance on the units that were in the home. He recommended she go on a service plan so that we come out once a year to do the recommended maintenance on her equipment, also recommended a putting in a new Reverse Osmosis and adding it to the service plan, so that we would add a yearly filter change for them when we come out for the other maintenance.
The customer decided to have us put in a new UltroWater Reverse Osmosis drinking system, and added all equipment to the service plan so that they can just enjoy their clean water and let us service and ensure that they ALWAYS have clean water.
Customer called the Clean Water Center as his softener was 20 years old and found the water to be cloudy after regeneration. He figured it was time to get a new one. A Project Coordinator went out to the home to speak with the homeowner, test the water and go over new options.
The customer opted to have us install an ES-1044 for his home, and we were able to get it installed within a week for him.
Customer called the Clean Water Center for service on their current water softener that was leaking. Their softener was over 20 years old, so they didn't know if they just needed a new one. A service Tech was sent out to take a look at the issue. After looking it over the technician recommended a new water softener, as the cost of the repair would have been close to a new one.
A Project Coordinator went out shortly after to discuss options for the homeowners. They decided to have us install and ES-1044 water softener, and the new one was installed a few days later for them.
A business in Oconomowoc that works on detailing and tinting windows gave us a call as they were moving shops and the water softener that was in place was no longer working. Clean water is essential for their business so they needed new equipment and fast. A service tech went out to the business first to see if the Water Softener could be salvaged, but due to it's age, he recommended putting in new equipment especially because they had a decent amount of iron in the water as well.
They were renting in the new building so they did not want to purchase new equipment. When they learned that we also rent our equipment they decided to have us install a rental EVRS-1054 and EVFE-1252 to help them with their water needs. We were able to install a few days later, and they could get back to building the new business.
