Mr. and Mrs. P. were having issues with their water quality, so they gave us a call and had a technician out. Our technician found that there was iron and hard water break through. Due to the findings, a consult was scheduled so that we could find the best piece of equipment that would efficiently take care of their iron and hard water issues. After further testing of the water, it was found that the EVFE iron filter and the EVRS water softener was the best fit for their home.
Mr. and Mrs. C. had attempted to treat their iron problems through a known competitor, but unfortunately due to a misdiagnosis in the type of iron present, staining was still a problem in the home. With continued problems, the homeowners chose to reach out to us from a referral made by their well driller, so we sent out one of our Project Coordinators to assess the situation. Not only did they have high iron, but they had ferric iron, so our recommendation was to treat the iron via our EVFE iron filter that is meant to capture high levels of both ferrous and ferric iron. Due to the amount of iron going through the previous softener, we found it necessary to replace the softener as well and provided the best efficiency possible with installing the EVR water softener. Now their home is not being beaten up by high levels of ferric iron and is efficiently softened.
We had a customer that moved into a new home with a old water softener. He had never had a softener in the past and was not sure how to use it or if even worked. We had one of our project coordinators come out to see if it should be replaced or serviced. After testing water and seeing the age of the system we recommend to replace. With moving into a new home the customer was tight on extra spending money. We decided a rental water softener was the most economical solution for the time being. The customer is now happy he has nice, clean water for the home!
A customer in Ogdensburg was having iron staining in his sink and shower in this shop. Space was tight but we were able to fit an iron filter in his utility closet. The EVFE is a chemical free, salt free iron treatment system that automatically self-cleans. Now this customer doesn’t have to worry about red/orange stains in the shop bathroom.
This customer had the Clean Water Center come out to take a look at his water treatment equipment. He was having water pressure issues, and when he had a plumber come out, he suggested the customer call us. After inspection of the equipment, the technician found an old Iron Curtain from 1998. With the age of the Iron Curtain, the technician suggested he replace the iron curtain as it was most likely clogged up with iron.
We replaced the Iron Curtain with an EVFE-1252 Iron Filter. The customer is happy as his water pressure is back to normal. He decided to sign up for a Service Plan so that we can help him maintain all of his water treatment equipment from now on, so that he doesn't find himself with this issue again.
