Paula T. requested us to come out to deliver some salt for her softener and to check the settings on her softener as it was cycling in the morning when everyone was awake for the day. Our technician Garret delivered her salt right down to the basement and checked over the settings on her softener. He adjusted them as needed and tested her water to make sure all was functioning properly.
Dave R. called us to see what we could do to fix the air in his lines after the unit regens. Garret came out to visit him and changed a few parts and cleaned up the unit to make sure the unit was properly functioning. Everything works great now. Thanks for your business Dave. Paula contacted us to have salt delivered to her home. She also mentioned that her softener appeared to be cycling in the morning instead of the middle of the night. We sent Garrett one of our service technicians out to her home. Garrett filled the brine tank with salt and piled the remaining salt next to the brine tank. He also tested the water, and reviewed the settings on the softener. The time of day on the softener was off so the unit was cycling in the morning instead of the middle of the night. Garrett adjusted the time of day and everything is back to normal.
Homeowner decided to take the opportunity of our service plan agreement. Kyle, our service technician, visited the home to do a 10 point performance check on the water softener, he delivered enough salt for the year and tested the water for hardness, iron and total dissolved solids to make sure the equipment was in proper working condition.
A corporate account of ours requested 2 pallets of salt from us. We were able to get them the salt requested, and they were happy as they could continue to do their business without interruptions. Thank you for your business!
The owners have us scheduled to come out yearly to maintain their EVR-1044U to make sure they are getting the best water quality. They have just a trace of iron in their water so we delivered them just enough salt for the year to help remove that iron. As always, we test the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure everything is functioning properly.
The homeowners are on our yearly maintenance program (since 2013) where we come out every year at the same time to check over their EV2-1054 softener system and test the water to make sure all is functioning properly. Mrs. B was needing service on her water softener. The unit was not using any salt. We found that the unit had never been serviced before. Layke was able to clean up the unit and get it working again. He tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure all was good before he completed his service call.
Mr. and Mrs. S are on our annual maintenance plan on their Evolve water Softener system. Every year one of our service technicians go out to their home to do preventatitve maintentence on their water treatement equipment. Our technician Shae went to go visit Mr. S and take care of the annual maintenance on his water treatment equipment. Shae delivered enough salt to the home for the year in which Mr. S got this salt at our pick up price. Shae cleaned up the water treatment equipment and tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to be sure all was functioning properly.
Mr. and Mrs. K set up an appointment with us to come take do the yearly maintenance on their water treatment equipment. We also delivered them the salt they needed to get through the year. Shae also changed their reverse osmosis filters as well. They are back to continually having top notch water quality.
Mr. and Mrs. P installed a water softener in 2011. At that time they agreed to be on our annual maintenance plan. With our maintenance plan we do a 10 point performance check on their Evolve series equipment, take care of the annual preventative maintenance, we deliver salt out to the home at the pick up price, test the water for hardness, tds, iron and ph to make sure the water treatment equipment is working properly.
Mr. N is on our annual maintenance plan for his water softener. This year, he decided to add on our additonal filter plan to help with the service of his iron filter. Layke, our tech, did the 10 point performance check on all of the homeowners water treatment equipment, tested their water and delivered enough salt to the home for the year at our pick up price.
The water tested out great and Mr. N is all set for another year.
Mr. H was having issues with his water softener leaking water. Are service manager Randy came out to the home to see what the issue is. Randy found water leaking out of the control head area. Randy replaced a few parts in the control head. He ran it through a cycle to make sure there was no more water leaking.
Mrs. B. is on our annual maintenance plan with her water softener. Every year we come out to her home to take care of the annual maintenance. This year, our technician Garrett was able to visit the home. He tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure that the softener was doing the job. He also delivered her enough salt out to the home for the year. Keeping this maintenance plan protects her unit in case there are ever any issues that arise.
Mr. F. called to see if we could stop over at his home to check over his system. The timing seemed off, the water seemed hard and his salt alarm was going off even though there was salt in the brine tank. We were able to get Garrett, our service tech, out to the home to inspect the unit. Garrett noticed that there were some parts that were not doing the job and had to replace them. He changed a few parts and tested the water before and after the treatment equipment to make sure everything was working properly before he left.
Mr. W. and Ms. S were moving into their new home in New London, which is an older farm home on a well. While they were excited about the move into the country, they found via inspection that the well tested higher levels of Arsenic. The Arsenic levels were not past the EPA threshold, however it was too close for comfort. We followed up with them after their home inspection and recommended our State Certified Ultroflow Reverse Osmosis system to treat the contaminated water. Due to their recent move and many projects coming up, both expected and unexpected, it was found that a rental drinking system was the best option. The New London family now has peace of mind with cleaner, safer drinking water and plans to eventually purchase their Ultroflow Reverse Osmosis system.
One of our commercial accounts called to see if we could look at their water treatment equipment. The salt alarm kept going off even though there was salt in the brine tank. Kyle our tech was able to head to the account and inspect the unit. He found one of the parts completely clogged up and needed to be replaced. He was able to fix that right away and tested the water before and after the treatment equipment to make sure all was good.
