We had a customer that moved into a new home in Kaukauna. After a few weeks of living in the home, they noticed a lot of build-up in the dishwasher and on the shower heads. The customer had an old water softener in the home, and with the age, they wanted to replace it vs repair it. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do to help. After testing, we found extremely hard water, which is normal for Kaukauna city water. After discussing the new softener, the customer went with the EVRS water softener. After the install the customer is happy to be able to use the dishwasher again!
We had an existing customer of ours reach out because the softener they had was getting old and just not working like it used to. We sent out a project coordinator to check the water conditions and see what we could do for them. After some testing, we found the iron levels had increased over the years. This was the reason the old system had failed, with the new level of iron we had to do something different with the treatment. We recommend an iron filter to handle all the iron, and then the softener is just removing the hardness and can last longer and be more efficient. The customer liked the idea of this and wanted to get the new systems. After a quick and clean install, the customer was happy with the new water quality in the home!
Nathan in Kaukauna had worked with us during the purchase of his home in 7/22. One year later he decided to replace his water softener, it was old and starting to break down. After a consultation with a Project Coordinator the decision had been made to install an ES-1044, a more modern take on what they had already in the home. This way Nathan should expect the same great water he was getting when he first bought the home with a little more salt efficiency and no more worry of aging equipment breaking in the basement.
Karen was looking for someone to take a look at her water treatment system. Due to recent family circumstances, she is newly responsible with keeping up with the water treatment and was looking for an education of what she needed to do. A Service Technician was able to walk her though the chemical treatment for the high sulfur content in her water and mentioned that since the system was installed there are newer, and simpler ways to treat sulfur that don’t need as much work.
We scheduled for a Project Coordinator to take a look. Karen was able to voice her concerns and together were able to come up with a solution, a water softener and a sulfur filter was put on the schedule to install for her. Sulfur filters work on a self-generated air charge, no more adding and diluting chemicals like chlorine or hydrogen peroxide and flushing filters every week. It also takes up a lot less space in the basement.
Both pieces of equipment were put on a maintenance plan so Clean Water Center will come out once a year to check in on the systems and deliver salt. Also being on the plan gives Karen a lifetime warranty on the equipment, so she never has to worry about what the equipment needs. If there is ever a problem, Clean Water Center is just a phone call away to find a solution for her at no additional cost.
A customer of ours was having some issues with the water softener in there home and gave us a call. After talking with them we found the unit is 15+ years old and on Kaukauna city water this system was at the end of its life span. We recommend to look into replacing it and the customer agreed, we sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After some water tests we confirmed the old softener was no longer working. We went over some new options with the customer and they decided on the EVR water softener and also signed up for our maintenance plan to service it once a year and always insure its working as it should! The customer was very happy to get soft water again and not have to worry about the softener anymore!
