We got a call to this home wondering if we could fix a water softener, after a technician diagnosed the problem, he had the unfortunate conversation that parts for their particular unit we no longer made and finding them would be near impossible, so it needed to be replaced.
We sent out a Project Coordinator in test their water conditions and discuss with the homeowner what would work best for them. They decided on an EVRS-1354, a larger softener to handle the number of individuals in the home. Now the family has soft water again.
More and More common these days people are buying up older property and renovating to make it more modern. This customer wanted less white staining in the dishwasher. Buy installing a water softener not only will there be less build up in the dishwasher, soaps are more effective, and places like the showers and sinks will look cleaner longer.
We had a customer who reached out to use because there older water softener was no longer working like it used too. With the age of the softener we recommended looking into new options. The customer agreed and we sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do. After some testing we went over some options for new softeners, they decided on the ES water softener. After the a quick and clean install the customer is happy to have soft water again!
This homeowner recently purchased a home and was looking for water treatment. The previous homeowner had a shower space in the basement that the new homeowner wasn’t going to ever use. It made the perfect place for an installation of a water softener. An EVR-1044U was installed on an optional Maintenance Plan by Clean Water Center, a WI-FI capable system with a low salt alarm and eligibility for a lifetime warranty and annual preventative maintenance.
We had an existing customer of ours reach out to use because they had purchased a shop on well water and they had a lot of orange stains and and bad smell on the hot water. We sent someone out to test the water and see what we had going on and to see if we could fix it. After some tests we found a high amount of iron and iron bacteria. The iron in the water was staining anything it touched and the iron bacteria was causing the bad odor on the hot water. We recommended a iron filter to remove the iron and the odor defender to remove the bacteria. The odor defender uses a hydrogen peroxide mix to disinfect the water all the time. After the install the customer is happy to have clean water again!
