Customer had been on city water for years and bought a home on well water. After living there for a while, she could not handle the sulfur smell from the water and refused to drink it. Started buying a lot of bottled water for them to drink instead. 

A Project Coordinator went out to her home and tested the water. They found that there was definitely a sulfur smell coming from the water as well as 2.5 ppm of iron. The current softener was older but taking care of the iron. The homeowner was remodeling a lot of the home, including the bathrooms and kitchen eventually. She decided to go with rental units from us. We installed an EVRS-1044 water softener, an EVFE-1054 iron filter for the sulfur and iron, and an UltroWater Reverse Osmosis drinking system, that we also set up to be installed to the fridge when she gets a new one. 

Her water will no longer smell, and she can be confident in drinking the water she is giving to her family. 

Customer called the Clean Water Center as she has an Iron Filter currently in place, that was not working properly and she did not like it, as they had to replace multiple items on it including the air pump many times. The unit is 17 years old, and she wanted to look into different options.

A Project Coordinator went out to her home, tested the water and assessed the current equipment. The Project Coordinator found they have 5ppm of iron, as well as a trace amount of sulfur from the water, and the current water softener is working at the moment. They discussed the options and the customer was happy to have us install an EVFE-1354 Iron Filter. 

Mr. H had just built this house for his son, everything was new. Once the son moved in and started using water, they found iron staining the new fixtures and shower. Our Project Coordinator went out to test the water and found 5ppm of iron in the well water. They decided to have The Clean Water Center install an iron filter to fix their concerns. 

The customer just moved to Watertown, and found that the old owners had a softener in place before, but must of rented it, as it was no longer there. They new that they needed to get one soon enough to help protect their new investment and wanted to get it installed as soon as possible. 

They called the Clean Water Center to set up a consultation, and see what kind of treatment is needed to help their household. After finding that their house had 24 gpg of hardness on Watertown city water, they decided to go with a rental as well. We were able to install an EVR-1044 Water Softener for her the next week, and now they can enjoy their new house, knowing it is protected. 

The customer called the Clean Water Center as he had an older competitor's Softener in his house, and it didn't seem like it was working the greatest anymore. At first they had decided to wait to install new equipment and hold off until the summer. Soon after, the current softener they had started to fail on them. A Project Coordinator went out to the house to test the water and assess the basement for the install. When the tests were taken, there was a smell of sulfur, and 5ppm on iron in the water. 

The Project Coordinator suggested putting in a new water softener with and Iron Filter in order to help with the iron, and get rid of the sulfur smell from the water. The customer decided to get those both installed and since he has a very demanding job, he decided to sign up for the maintenance plan, so that we could help protect his new investment, so that he didn't have one more thing to worry about.
