Iron Water Treatment in New Berlin, WI

This customer called the Clean Water Center as he found us on Angi's List and was in need of a new water softener. An appointment with a Project Coordinator was scheduled, to go to his house. When the Project Coordinator arrived, they discussed the customer's concerns, and they found that even though there was a little bit of iron in the water, a new water softener was all that they customer needed for his home. 

We installed the new EVRS-1044 water softener and the customer can go back to enjoying clean, soft water. 

Old Equipment Needs Replacement in New Berlin, WI

Customer called in as she has had several water treatment systems over the years and nothing seamed to be working. Has a lot of rotten egg odor, and rust staining her home. A Project Coordinator was sent out to her house to assess the water coming into the house, and found they had 34 gpg of hardness, 8 ppm of iron, and a definite smell of sulfur coming through as well. 

The equipment that was installed was only 8 years old, but did not seem to be taking care of most of their concerns anymore. The Project Coordinator let them know that the current equipment was not that old, and suggested having a service technician come out to the house. The customer wanted to still learn about new equipment, and once she heard that if she got new equipment and went on the maintenance plan, we would help maintain it on a yearly basis, and give her a lifetime warranty on the new units, she decided to just have us install new equipment on the maintenance plan. 

We installed a new EVR-1054 water softener, and n EVFE-1354 Iron Filter to help with the sulfur and iron issues that she was having. The customer is happy knowing her water is clean and safe, and that we will be the ones helping her take care of it.
