Water Filter Systems in Grafton, WI

Customer is on well water and just had a health and safety test done on the water from the well. He stated that when the results came back, it showed a little bit of arsenic in the water. He noted that is was below the EPS suggested level, but they still weren't comfortable drinking it anymore. 

The customer called the Clean Water Center to see what we had to offer. A Project Coordinator went to their home the next day to assess that the water softener was working so they had a softened line to attach an RO to, and to see where the equipment could be placed. The Project Coordinator confirmed that the water softener was working and went over the UltroWater Reverse Osmosis with them. She explained that it was Wisconsin certified for Arsenic and would help with their concerns. 

We were able to install the UltroWater Reverse Osmosis a couple days later. The customer and his family can now be confident when drinking and cooking with the water. 

Customer called the Clean Water Center as her neighbor just had us out to install a water softener, and they started realizing that they need one as well. They had been in the home for about 2 years, on city water, and we really starting to see a lot of hard water build up throughout the home, on the new bathroom shower heads, kitchen faucet, at the fridge water dispenser and especially in their dish washer. The neighbor referred them to the Clean Water Center for their water treatment as the neighbor had a good experience with us. 

A Project Coordinator went out to their home to test the water and assess the basement for placement of the new equipment. After going over all the features and benefits of the water softeners. The customer decided to have the same system installed as their neighbor. We installed an ES-1054 the next week for them. 

Customer called as she had moved into her brand new home about a year ago. They are on city water and found the dishwasher filled with hard water build up on the door and who know where else. They have 5 people living in the home and are on city water. A Project Coordinator went out to the home to test the water and make sure they got in the appropriate equipment for their family. 

They tested the water and found the city water had 29 gpg of hardness, so no wonder so much build up inside the dishwasher. The project coordinator determined that a 1054 sized water softener should be sufficient for their home and their family. The customer decided to have us install an ES-1054 water softener. We were able to install a few days later.
