Mr and Mrs L. reached out to us to schedule their annual maintenance plan renewal for their EVRC-1054 water softener.  They also have two Eclipse reverse osmosis systems with us and wanted their yearly change of filters.  After maintenance was performed and the filters were changed we tested the water to be sure all units were properly functioning.  

It was that time of year again for Mr. D's maintenance plan renewal for his EVR-1044 water softener.  With the maintenance plan renewal we also check over all water treatment equipment and test the water to make sure everything is functioning properly.  As you can see, this home also has a 2nd unit.  That is an EVFE-1248 iron filter.  Thirdly, we have a Eclipse reverse osmosis unit in this home as well.  With the maintenance plan renewal, we also change the filters out for you to make sure you are getting the best possible drinking water experience.  

Mr and Mrs were experiencing some iron breakthrough in their sinks and toilets.  We cleaned up both the water softener and iron filter to get them working again properly.  Before we left, the service tech tested to water to make sure all was good for the owners.

Steven L contacted us about his water softener not working. We were able to schedule a time for Steven to meet with Randy our service manager at his home. Randy tested the water, walked the homeowner through how the softener works, and how to properly maintain the equipment.

Bob purchased a maintenance plan with his new water softener in 2013. Under this plan we contact Bob every year to schedule a visit to his home to perform routine maintenance on his softener, ensure his softener is working properly, deliver his salt for the year (5 BAGS!!!), and change his RO filters. His maintenance plan also extends the warranty of his softener for as long as he is on the maintenance plan. Our service manager Randy was onsite this year, and everything is working great. We reached out to Don to schedule a date and time to perform annual service on his treatment equipment. Our service technician Layke tested the water before and after his treatment equipment, performed routine maintenance on the equipment, changed the reverse osmosis filter for Don, and delivered all of the salt that he will need until next October. By being on the service plan Don avoided any delivery fees on his salt, and if anything breaks on his softener all of the labor required to fix it is covered for the next twelve months!

When you have us deliver salt to your home you get more than just salt. We will top off the brine tank, stack the remaining bags at the location of your choice, test your water before and after the treatment equipment to ensure proper operation, and review the system settings to make sure the programming is correct. We take a few extra steps to make sure you are happy with your water. In this case the water tests showed the softener was working, but our service technician noticed the water level in the brine tank was high (which will waste salt), so he changed the injector inside of the softener and cleaned the screen. The water softener is back up and running at peak performance.

Mr. and Mrs. B asked us to come out to their home and change her Reverse Osmosis filters and to check the water softener system over to make sure everything was functioning properly.  We sent our technician Kyle out to the home to take care of their needs.  He tested the water and made sure everything will be good to go before he left.

Homeowner is a Maintenance Plan customer of ours for 3 years.  Each were we come out to tune up their water softener and iron filter to make sure everything is working to the best of its ability.  We also delivered enough salt to get them through the year at our pick up price.  We delivered the salt right to their storage location in the basement for them and filled the brine as needed.  Our technician Shae also tested the water to make sure everything was good too before we left.

Mrs. W called us with a leaky situation.  Garrett, our tech, went out to visit her and see what was happening.  Garrett was able to fix the leak and also changed her reverse osmosis filters. 

The homeowner called us to help him out with the humming noise on his water softener.  Randy went out to the home to troubleshoot the situation.  He fixed the unit up and the noise is now gone.

Homeowners were in need of some salt for their water softer.  Shae delivered 10 bags of Dura Cube salt to the basement of the home and tested the water.  

Homeowner called to see if we could service his water treatment equipment.  Their water was smelling and tasting like iron.  We sent Kyle out to the home to investigate the issue.  Kyle found that the smell was coming from the hot water.  Kyle tested the water and all was good.

The homeowners are on well water.  They decided to have a maintenance plan on their softener when purchasing their EVR-1054 water softener.  This way, if they have an issues throughout the year, they are covered for parts and service.  Garrett went out to the home to inspect the water treatment equipment and test the water to make sure everything was functioning properly.  He also delivered their salt out to them for the year, right down to the basement.  We also took a basic annual water test to make sure everything in the well was good.

The homeowner was having and issues with the softener with the salt alarm.  He did have salt in the brine tank.  Garrett was able to clean up the softener to be able to get the softener up and running again.  He tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment when he was finished to make sure the softener was working.

Mrs. S scheduled us to come out to take care of her water softener with her annual maintenance plan.  Layke did a 10 point performance check on the softener, took care of the annual preventative maintenance, we delivered salt to her basement, tested the water before and after her water treatment equipement to make sure everything was functioning properly and he took a basic annual water test for her that she gets at a discounted rate.

Mr. C called us to come to his home because his water softener was not working properly.  He was getting hardness breakthrough.   The unit did not seem to be using salt.  Randy was able to go to the home and clean the unit up to make sure it was working properly.

Mrs. K called us to see if we could help service her water softener.  Her system was running more than usual and knew something was wrong.  Our office staff sent out Garrett to remedy the situation.  He was able to clean the system up, change a few parts that had worn down and tested the water to be sure everything was working properly.

A commercial restaurant account of ours was having an issue of their unit going through way to much salt.  Randy, our service manager,  was able to get out to this location and check the system over.  He adjusted the settings and cleaned the system up.  When he was finished the water was tested before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure it was properly functioning.  

The homeowners called us to see if we could investigate the iron breakthrough in their home.  Garrett, the technician, went out to the home to solve the problem.  He needed to change a few settings and replace a few parts out.  The homeowner needed to flush out the water heater to rid that of the excess iron.   Water tested out good and the homeowner will call us if the problem comes back.

The homeowner called us to see if we could repair his sanitizer that was beeping  and to test the water and unit to see why he was not getting soft water.   Garrett, our tech, went out to the home to service the water treatment equipment.  He found that the unit was in bypass and the hard water and soft water was mixing in the tank.  Garrett was able to correct the issue and clean up the system to get them the quality of water they deserve.  

The homeowners here were wondering if they could hook their current reverse osmosis system to their 2nd refridgerator in the basement.  Shae, our technician, was able to complete this request along with changing the filters for the system and took care of the annual maintenance on their water softener and delivered them 10 bags of solar salt.  He also tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure the homeowners were getting the best quality of water.

Mrs. W had a issue with her R.O. system not makeing water. Garrett are service tech inspected and found the pressure tank was bad. Garrett replaced the tank and all filter on R.O. system. Garrett then tested to make sure the R.O. was makeing water after the tank was replaced. 

Mr. G had is yearly R.O. filters changed. Are tech Garrett came out to Mr. G's home and replaced his filters for him. At this time Garrett also tested the water to insure Mr. G's softner was working as it should. 

This customer was having issues with the water in his brine tank not going down. Garrett our service tech diagnosed the issue and fixed the water in the brine tank issue. We also set up a time to come back and re-test the water after fixing the issue. 

Mr. B was noticing iron in his water when he has a iron filter. Mr. B reached out to our service team and set up an appointment for our tech to diagnose the issue. Randy was able to get out to Mr. B’s home right away to see what was happening. Randy was able to figure out the issue and fix it right away.  Mr. B’s was happy he did not need to get a new filter for now and his existing one was able to be fixed.

Mr. N had an existing R.O. in his home and needed the filters changed. Mr. N reached out to our service team and had them come out to change his filters. Garrett, our service tech, changed the filters and showed Mr. N how the system works. Garrett also tested water to see how the existing water softener was working.

Mr. J. called us to see if we could fix the rust issues that he was getting in his home with the water.  Garrett, our technician, was able to head over to the home.  The softener was continuously running to the drain and the homeowner had a leaky toilet.  He tested the water and cleaned the system up to make sure there was no more iron breakthrough. 

Mr. and Mrs. G. gave us a call because one of their water treatment equipment units was beeping.  Kyle, our tech, went to the home to check the systems out.  They could not locate the beeping noise from one of our units.  Kyle tested the water and checked the water softener and iron filter over to make sure that everything was working properly.  

Mr. D. was having issues with having lead in his water supply. He was worried about the health and safety of his family because they drink and bathe in this water. The water treatment in place was not meant to remove any lead. After taking a look at the system and testing the water for iron and hardness we agreed that we would also need a new water softener and iron filter. Mr. D. was remodeling the home and wanted to make sure he was getting the best water in the home. With getting new sinks and toilets he did not want them to stain with the iron in the water. We found the best solution was to have our EVRS water softener and our EVFE iron filter. For the Lead we used our ONE filter to remove lead for the whole house. We also had an issue with well casing coming up from the well, we installed the Twist II clean filter to remove the sediment. Mr. D. also wanted to have the best drinking water from him and his family so we installed the Ultroflow R.O. system. The installation was quick and clean. Mr. D. now has the peace of mind that his water is safe for him and his family to enjoy.

Mr. and Mrs. S. had recently moved from Minnesota to Wisconsin because they just had their first grand baby and she is living here in the De Pere area. In 2018 Mr. and Mrs. S. built their new home, but began to have concerns over the water quality. Although they are on municipal water, and the treatment plant does all they can for there to be no health and safety concerns, there are potential contaminants like lead that are able to enter the water post treatment via aging infrastructure. Not only that, but they seemed fully aware that there were many other chemicals and dissolved solids that were in their water, and they were not comfortable with that being the case. They wanted water testing and water treatment immediately for their own well being, but most importantly, their first and currently only granddaughter. Because of their concerns, they reached out to us and requested a consultation with one of our Project Coordinators. After visiting with the family and listening to their concerns, a solution was able to be found. Mr. S. was very adamant about not wanting a water softener and water softeners play a key role in water treatment. This is because they work via ion exchange and capture multiple different dissolved solids, but more particularly, they remove minerals that are very corrosive to the home and cause an influence on the taste as well. Although a softener was out of the picture, we still wanted to make sure that all of their concerns were addressed and taken care of with their preferences in mind. The solution that was found was a whole-house-lead filter that also removed chlorine and cysts in the water. The whole-house lead filtration covered many bases, but still was not all that this family wanted and deserved. The final step in water treatment process was our Ultroflow Reverse Osmosis system that provides them an 80%-98% reduction of everything in the water, and this is intended for all consumption purposes. We supplied two points of use for cooking, drinking and ice making as well, and this picked up what the whole-house filter could not. Now the new Wisconsin based family has safe, food grade water for their home and especially for their beloved granddaughter. 

One of our commercial accounts that supplies water to multiple homes had a leak with one of their water treatment units.  Randy our tech, was able to get their within a day to fix the problem.  While he was there, he made the sure all the water treatment equipment was working properly before he left. 

The homeowners called us because they were getting standing water in the brine tank.  Garrett, our tech, went out to the home to fix the problem  He found that the system is clogging with well casing. He changed a few parts but recommend a Twist II Clean filter to be installed the help collect debris before it reaches to their water treatment equipment.  

Mr. M. called us because his water treatment equipment was not regening properly.  Garrett, our service technician, was able to inspect the unit.  He found that one of the parts was stalling and staying stuck in the backwash cycle. He was able to change a few parts in the water softener, but the homeowners iron filter was a unit we could no longer get parts for.  We offered him a free consult for a new piece of equipment.  

The homeowner called us because his water softener is leaking. The 15 year old softener had never been serviced before.  We were able to get our service tech Garrett to the home to investigate the leak.  He found a few leaks coming from the head of the unit.  He was able to change a few parts and o-rings.  He then re-ran the cycle to see if anything was leaking.  All looked good.  Garrett also tested the water after the treatment equipment to see if the softener was doing its job.  All looked good!

The residents of the home had us come out to take care of their yearly maintenace on their water treatment equipment.  The homeowners were also noticing smells in the brine tank.  We recommended yearly cleaning of the brine tank.  They were also noticing orange staining in their showers.  As Garrett our technician was working on the treatment equipment, he found that some parts were clogged up with iron.  He was able to change them out and re-ran the cycle to make sure all was working properly with the treatment equipment.  

Mr. N. called us to see if we could help with his issue of his water turning brownish/red.  We were able to send Randy, our service manager, to the home to investigate the issue.  He tested the water and found one of the parts on the unit was leaking.  He replaced it along with a few minor parts, ran the unit through the cycle and tested the water before and after the treatment equipment to be sure all was working properly.  

Aging equipment is a problem all homeowners deal with. As the years go by our appliances and equipment get closer and closer to failing. Water treatment equipment is very important to monitor because as a softener or iron filter starts to fail unnecessary damage is done to other water using appliances, fixtures, plumbing and faucets. This customer started to notice iron staining in their sinks and toilets and wanted their iron filter checked out.

Once a Project Coordinator was on site they concluded that indeed the iron filter had seen its last days. The problem with iron filters is when they start to fail a water softener will attempt to pick up the slack. Once an iron filter is replaced the water softener may relax, and release some of the iron built up inside from when it was trying to pull double duty. Thankfully in this case the customer caught it early and no permanent damage was done to the softener. 

Thinking of the future, the customer also joined our service plan so we can regularly check up on both the softener and iron filter to make sure they operate correctly. We also deliver salt and haul it inside while we are there annually to save the backs of the homeowner, as well as saving them time and money.
