Customer had been on city water for years and bought a home on well water. After living there for a while, she could not handle the sulfur smell from the water and refused to drink it. Started buying a lot of bottled water for them to drink instead.
A Project Coordinator went out to her home and tested the water. They found that there was definitely a sulfur smell coming from the water as well as 2.5 ppm of iron. The current softener was older but taking care of the iron. The homeowner was remodeling a lot of the home, including the bathrooms and kitchen eventually. She decided to go with rental units from us. We installed an EVRS-1044 water softener, an EVFE-1054 iron filter for the sulfur and iron, and an UltroWater Reverse Osmosis drinking system, that we also set up to be installed to the fridge when she gets a new one.
Her water will no longer smell, and she can be confident in drinking the water she is giving to her family.
Mr. M had recently moved into a new home in Oconomowoc. After a few months of being in the home he and his wife started to notice water spots on all the new fixtures and build up in the dishwasher. They did not want to ruin the new appliances in the home and gave us a call. We sent out one of our project coordinators too see what we had going on. After testing the water, we found extremely hard water. After discussing different softeners, we found the EVRS was the best fit. After a quick and easy install Mr. M has nice soft water in the home and no longer needs to worry about the water damaging the home!
Mr. and Mrs. S. found their existing water softener was leaking and had some concern over it's functionality. After a service call was set up, our technician found that the softener was unable to soften any longer and had reached the end of it's lifespan. Next step was to see what water softener would take it's place, and we found that the EVRS was the best piece of equipment due to hardness being the biggest concern. Mr. and Mrs. S. now have a fully functioning water softener that is providing soft water and not leaving puddles in their basement.
A customer of ours was having issues with her distiller leaking and not working as it should. Mrs. L. was concerned because there is arsenic in her water and did not want her newborn or her family drinking the water. Mrs. L. had our service team take a look at the distiller, they recommended to replace it rather than fixing it. With distillers no longer being used anymore we recommended our Ultro flow R.O. system. Mrs. L. is now very happy they can drink the water without having to worry!
One of our existing customers purchased a new home and had the water tested in our state certified health and safety lab. After testing we found high amounts of nitrates in the water. Our customer did not want his family dinking the unsafe water. We sent out one of our project coordinates to see what we could do. The Ultro Flow reverse osmosis was the best solution to remove the nitrates in the water. It even fits right under the sink! After the Ultro Flow reverse osmosis was installed Mr. M. had nice, clean drinking water for his family!
