The homeowner elected to sign up for our service plan for her water softener and reverse osmosis system.  They saw the value in the plan with the older water treatment equipment in their home.  With this plan, they will not have to pay labor charges for service calls.  Every year in August, we will go out to the home to take care of the annual preventative maintenance and change their reverse osmosis filters.

Mr. and Mrs. K set up an appointment with us to come take do the yearly  maintenance on their water treatment equipment.  We also delivered them the salt they needed to get through the year.  Shae also changed their reverse osmosis filters as well.  They are back to continually having top notch water quality.  

Mr. and Mrs. P are on our Service Plan Renewal.  Every year we come out ot their home to inspect their water treatment equipment and deliver enough salt out to them for the year.  Kyle checked over the system and tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure all was well and cleaned up the water softener. 

Mrs. B was needing service on her water softener.  The unit was not using any salt.  We found that the unit had never been serviced before.  Layke was able to clean up the unit and get it working again.  He tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure all was good before he completed his service call.
