Customer called the Clean Water Center as his water softener was getting old and he wanted to upgrade. He was also doing some renovations in the basement and wanted it moved to a different section of the basement.

A Project Coordinator went out to the home to test the water and discuss options with him. The current softener was working but he liked the salt savings that came with an upgrade. They decided to go with the EVRS-1044 water softener. We were able to install it at the customers desired time/date and also move it to the part of the basement that they wanted it moved to.

Mr. and Mrs. L. just built a brand new home. After the well was dug and had the water tested we found a lot of iron and hardness in the water. They wanted to keep the new sinks, toilets and appliances in good shape so they will last a long time. After going over equipment options we found the EVFE iron filter was the best solution for the high iron issues. With that we installed the EVR high efficient water softener as well to soften the water. The L's also wanted good, clean drinking water. We decided the Ultro Flow Reverse Osmosis was the best solution for the drinking water. After a clean and quick install the homeowners can now enjoy the new home without any worries on the water!

Mr. and Mrs. H just moved into their new house. The previous owners had rented most of their equipment from us, except for the Iron Filter. After speaking with a project coordinator, they decided to purchase all new equipment. The technician put in a new EVFE-1354 Iron Filter, EVR-1054 water softener, and Reverse Osmosis system. The new homeowners are happy now, knowing that their new investment is protected from the hard water and iron from the well and that they can enjoy a clean glass of drinking water from the Reverse Osmosis system.

Job Stories From Waukesha, WI
Water Treatment for new home in Waukesha, WI

This customer had been living in the home for a bit and was finding hard water issues throughout the home, as well as itchy skin. The home was only build a few years ago, but the old homeowners had never installed any water treatment. He called the Clean Water Center to see what we had available for his issues.

A Project Coordinator went to the home and assessed the basement and tested the water. They found that the home was plumbed with a manifold for most of the cold water lines including one of the outside lines. The back outside line was across the basement for the backyard. They decided to have us install an EVRC-1054 resin/carbon water softener to help with the chlorine from the city and their itchy skin. They also decided to have the front outside line converted to an unsoftened line and leave the back line soft, as it would be used for the hot tub anyway.

The customer now has clean, soft water for the home and is no longer finding anymore hard water issues in the home.

Bad Water Taste in Waukesha, WI

This customer called the Clean Water Center with an issue of not liking the taste of the water and thought it had a salty taste. First he had a Service Tech come out to the home to take a look at his current softener. The Service Tech rebuilt the control head and set everything to the appropriate setting, but the customer still did not like the taste of his water. He called back in to talk about Reverse Osmosis.

A Project Coordinator went out to his home to assess the water, and the placement for a Reverse Osmosis system. After a conversation with the homeowner, they assessed that the softener was older, but currently working, and a Reverse Osmosis drinking system would be the best bet for him. The Project Coordinator went over new softeners with him at that time and explained the benefits of the new systems as well as getting on the maintenance plan so that we could help him protect his new equipment including the RO system, as well as give him the Lifetime Warranty on them. The customer initially decided to just put in the Reverse Osmosis system, but later changed his mind and decided to start new and go on the maintenance plan.

The homeowner can now enjoy his new water system, especially knowing that we will be his partner in keeping it in good condition.
