Randy our service manager went out to Mr. K's home because he was having problems with sediment getting through his water treatment equipment filters. Randy was able to remedy the problem with some additional filtration. We followed up with Mr, K and everything seems to be working much better now.
Mr. and Mrs.H where having a issue with the screen on the control head. The service team was able diagnose and repalce the screen within 1 hour! We also tested water and perfromed reguler maintenance on the softener.
