Customer had called the Clean Water Center for service on her water softener that was not properly regenerating and didn't seem to use any salt. The service tech found that the unit was over 20 years old and could not be serviced and suggested a new water softener. A Project Coordinator went out to the house to test the water, and discuss new options with the customer.
After a bit of discussion, the customer had mentioned that she was going to be selling the condo within the year and they decided that installing a rental water softener would be the best route to take, since she wasn't planning on staying very long. She decided to have us install the ES-1044 water softener. We were able to install it a few days later to ensure that it was in before the holidays.
