No Equipment, Hard Water Issues

Challenge
The customer is on city water and was finding hard water spots all over his household. They did not have any equipment and never had a softener before. The customer called The Clean Water Center to go over options to help protect his household from the hardness of his water.
Solution
After meeting with the project they found there to be 21 Grains per Gallon of hardness in his water. The customer decided to go with the EVRS-1044 Water Softener and chose to go on the maintenance plan so that we could help him maintain his new purchase. We installed the softener after the holidays, and the customer can rest easy knowing his house is protected from the hardness of his water.
