This customer called the Clean Water Center because he was looking for new water treatment equipment because they were occasionally noticing a "Wet Dog Smell" from the water. A Project Coordinator was able to go out to his house shortly after to test the water and offer solutions. When the Project Coordinator went out, the customer had said that their current unit has not been using salt, but can still hear it running at night. After testing the water, she found 23 gpg of hardness, and .8ppm of iron in the water. After further looking into their situation, they had found iron bacteria in the back of the toilets, and that could be the cause of the smell they were getting from the water.
They talked over solutions, and after finding 5 people live in their house the customer and the Project Coordinator decided that an EVR-1054 on the maintenance plan was a good way to go, as then we can monitor and maintain the new softener for the .8ppm of iron coming into the house, and should be able to prevent the "Wet Dog Smell" from ever happening again.
Mr. and Mrs. T. called the Clean Water Center as their current softener was pretty old and did not seem to be working correctly anymore. They were seeing calcium build up around their house. A Project Coordinator went out to their house to assess their water conditions, and found that a new water softener should do just fine for them.
After discussing the options, the couple decided to have an EVR-1044 water softener installed. Since the couple was getting older, and it was not very easy to haul salt down the stairs, they decided to go with the yearly maintenance plan as well; that way we could help them take care of their new investment and do all the heavy lifting for them.
This customer called to say that he is looking for a new water softener for his home in the City of Hartland. Said that his current softener was regenerating too often, and that their water bill was going up. A Project Coordinator went out to his house to assess the water, and take a look at the old equipment and plumbing.
After the consultation, the homeowner decided to have us install a new AOP-1044 Water Softener.
This customer has been working with Clean Water Center for a while, and was interested in a Reverse Osmosis Drinking system for a while. He contacted us, and had us install an UltroWater Reverse Osmosis for him with a 14 Gallon Storage tank, so that he and his family will never run out of clean drinking water.
This customer was looking to replace their current iron filter and water softener. They had concerns with their current equipment's quality. They were looking for treatment equipment that would last and be able to handle their water conditions because of the high amounts of iron and hardness in the water. Garrett, our project coordinator, was able to find them a good quality water softener and iron filter to replace their older equipment. The homeowners also chose to get great drinking water as well and installed a reverse osmosis system. They now have good quality water throughout the whole home.
