Customer called the Clean Water Center, as he had an existing system that was installed to help take care of the hardness, iron and sulfur coming into his home many years ago. We had been out for service a few times to repair the current system, and eventually found that the current equipment was not able to take care of the iron from the well any longer.
A Project Coordinator went to the home to test the water and assess the basement for installation of an extra piece of equipment. The water was testing with 2.5 ppm of iron. They discussed adding an iron filter to his EV2 conditioner, as it was still able to soften the water.
We were able to install it a few days later.
Customers had lived in the home for a few years, but just started to notice staining in the bathroom. They noticed that water softener didn't seem to be working anymore. They had worked with us in the past at their old home, so they decided to give us a call. The softener was older and they new they needed a new one.
A Project Coordinator went to the home to test the water and test to see if the old softener was working. She found that they only had about 1 ppm of iron in the water, so they only needed a water softener. They discussed the different options for the water softener. They decided to have us install the EVRS-1044. We were able to get them on the schedule a few days later. Not the customer can be confident that the water will not ruin any of their new water using appliances.
A customer of ours built a hunting cabin in Tigerton. After getting the well dug and plumbing installed, they noticed right away a lot of iron in the water. The customer knew he did not want to stain all the new sinks and showers in the house. We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do to help. After testing we found a high amount of iron in the water and some hardness in the water. The customer wanted something that was going to be efficient and could sit without usage for a long period of time. We recommend the EVR water softener with W.E.T. to save on salt consumption. We also added in the EVFE iron filter to handle the iron. Both systems have a vacation mode so when the customer is not home the systems will not use any water. The customer is now very happy with clean water for his new home!
Customer called the Clean Water Center as she has an Iron Filter currently in place, that was not working properly and she did not like it, as they had to replace multiple items on it including the air pump many times. The unit is 17 years old, and she wanted to look into different options.
A Project Coordinator went out to her home, tested the water and assessed the current equipment. The Project Coordinator found they have 5ppm of iron, as well as a trace amount of sulfur from the water, and the current water softener is working at the moment. They discussed the options and the customer was happy to have us install an EVFE-1354 Iron Filter.
Our customer had lived in his home for about 5 years. When he moved in there was a water softener and an iron filter in place. After having some issues with the quality of the water he had called us to have a service tech come out. After having a tech look at the units, he found lots of issues and recommend to replace them due to the age and problems they were having. We had one of our project coordinators come out to get an accurate quote based on the water conditions and what Mr. S. was looking for in water quality. After testing the water and talking with the customer we found the EVRS and EVFE the best fit for Mr. S. After an easy and seamless scheduling and installation process Mr. S. was very happy with his water!
