Mrs. D. found that her older water softener was obsolete and discontinued. Because of no further maintenance being possible for her softener, we showed her newer options that would resolve her high iron and hard water issues. She wanted to stay with an "all-in-one" system, so the EV2 with zeolites was the best option. Now she has a water softener that is familiar to her and is able to be worked on by our technicians if any concerns arise.
