The customer had recently moved into a new home and, shortly after settling in, they noticed the water quality was poor with a noticeable hardness. Despite attempting to adjust the old system the homeowner found that none of the controls were functioning properly. Rather than investing in repairs for an outdated unit that could potentially incur significant costs the homeowner reached out to Clean Water for assistance.
After one of our project coordinators conducted a thorough water test, it was confirmed that the existing system was no longer operational. Based on the findings, several softener upgrade options were recommended. Given the homeowner’s other ongoing projects, the ES model was identified as the most suitable solution for their needs making it an excellent choice for their situation.
