Retiring an Older Softener in Little Suamico

Customer called wondering if the softener in their basement is even working. They were getting spotting and staining and noticing a smell to the water. After a visit from one of our Project Coordinators and discussing water conditions and their treatment options, the couple decided on an ES-1044. They also wanted a few extra bags of salt so they did not have to haul it from the store for a while, which we were able to do while we were there. Now hard water build-up should be a thing of the past.
