This customer called us after not having had service on their water treatment equipment for several years. 

They have a softener, an iron filter and an RO system.

We were able to get our technician John out the very same day to look at all the equipment and ensure everything was running well and efficiently.

John tested the water and changed some essential parts to get everything back up and working to its maximum potential. The customer was pleased with our quick turn around and now will have clean soft water again!

This customer enjoys water treated by several pieces of our equipment. They rent an EVRC-1054 softening unit and an EVFE-1248 iron filter, and own a ClearFlo reverse osmosis system.

This year it was time for them to change out the filters on the RO system again and we sent Sam out to do the work. He was able to not only change the filters, but also look over the rental equipment to make sure everything was in good working order by swapping out some essential parts which had experienced general wear and tear. When Sam left, all the equipment was in great working order again and ready to keep providing our customer with great quality water!

The customer called the Clean Water Center as he had equipment in his home already but noticed that the water was hard and was finding iron stains in the home that he never had before. A service tech went out to his home to see what might be going on. The unit that he had in his home was meant to help take care of hardness and iron, but has been dealing with 4 ppm of iron for over 10 years. The technician found that the injector was clogged  and the unit was not regenerating properly. He also mentioned that the media inside the softener was starting to get exhausted and the customer would benefit from a new water softener and iron filter combo. The set up an appointment for a consultation with a project coordinator to go over options. 

A Project Coordinator went out to the customer's home to assess the situation. They found that the current softener was softening the water but could no longer take care of the iron. The project coordinator went over new softeners and iron filters with the customer. His current softener uses 15 pounds of salt at regeneration and if he went with a new softener/iron filter combo, he could save a lot on salt used. The Project Coordinator noted that he could continue to use his current softener and just add the iron filter. 

The customer decided to keep his current softener and add the iron filter to take care of the staining. He opted to go on a service plan for all of his equipment, so that we can come out once a year for maintenance and filter changes on his reverse osmosis.
