Drinking Water Treatment Specialist in Mequon, WI

The customer called the Clean Water Center as their current Reverse Osmosis drinking system was old and not even hooked up anymore, the lines were cut. They did not like the taste of the water and wanted to replace it. 

A Project Coordinator went out to the home to take a look at the old equipment, and found that they did not have a water softener installed either. Their were lines in place for a water softener, but the previous owners must of removed it. The live in Meqoun, so the water isn't as hard as a lot of Wisconsin, but still had 11 gpg of hardness coming through from the city water. The owners and the Project Coordinator discussed the benefits of adding a softener to help them protect their new home and the new water using appliances that they had just bought, not to mention the filters for the new Reverse Osmosis that they are interested in. 

The customers decided to have us install a new EVR-1044 water softener along with a ClearFlo Reverse Osmosis drinking system. The also opted to go on the maintenance plan to have us come out once a year to help them maintain and protect their new equipment and change the filters for the RO. We installed the next week at their convenience. 

Customer called the Clean Water Center as she had just purchased a new home, and since moving in, she has noticed a lot of iron staining and a horrible sulfur smell as well. A project Coordinator went out to the home to test the water and assess the space for new equipment. They found that the water was testing with 3 ppm of iron and a definite sulfur smell. They also found that the kitchen cold was not running through any equipment, so even if they put in new equipment, the cold water going to the kitchen would still have a lot of iron and sulfur coming through it. The pressure tank and  current softener were in the laundry/mud room area and did not allow much room for extra equipment. 

She decided to go with an EVR-1044 water softener, EVFE-1054 iron filter both on the maintenance plan and also have us change her kitchen cold line so that it ran through all of the new equipment. When the tech came to install, he also found that he could install it in a different area, as to not take up more of the laundry room area. 

The customer can now enjoy her new home and know that she has us to call if she ever has any other water issues. 

The customer had worked with the Clean Water Center previously for Iron staining in the house and knew that she could trust the recommendations and service, so when she found herself unhappy with another companies Reverse Osmosis Drinking system, she gave us a call. One of her biggest concerns was that it did not produce enough clean drinking water for her family of 5. 

A project coordinator was able to go to her house, and they came up with a solution to install a new Reverse Osmosis Drinking system with a larger storage tank, so that when her family is all filling up their re-usable water bottles at once, there is always enough for all of them. 

We installed a new Clear Flo Reverse Osmosis with a 20 Gallon storage tank for in the basement. The family can all fill up their bottles before they leave in the morning and not have to worry about running out.
