Customer reached out do to the family finding that their water made their skin real itchy and their hair to not be as soft as it used to be. they were also find hard water spots and build up throughout their home. A Project Coordinator went out to the home to have a discussion with them regarding their water and the treatment recommended for their concerns. At first they were not too concerned about the hard water and just wanted to take care of the chlorine in their water that was causing the itchy issues.
After discussing with the project coordinator the other cost effective reasons for adding a water softener as well, they realized that it would ensure the spotting to go away, the less soap they need to use, and the fact that it will make their hair much softer, they decided to go with the AOERC-1054 Resin/Carbon water softener. The carbon will help take the chlorine out of their water before it goes through the resin of the softener. Ensuring that the softener will last a lot longer as well, as it will no longer have to deal with the .5ppm of chlorine coming in from the city water.
