Treatment for Hard Water/Chlorine in Franklin, WI
Challenge
This customer had been in the house for years, and they were finally fed up with cleaning the hard water issues in the house. A Project Coordinator went to their house, and tested the water. After having a conversation with the customer, the wife had mentioned that she is not happy with the level of Chlorine in the water from the city as the water had a strong chlorine smell and was making her skin dry.
Solution
The customers and the Project coordinator discussed the concerns and came up with a solution to fix the water and give them the quality water that they deserve. The customer decided to have a AOE-1044 water softener installed with a ONE filter with a carbon block filter to help with the chlorine. They had also mentioned that they were getting older and the bags of salt were getting to be a bit much for them. The customer decided to go on the maintenance plan as well, so that we could help them maintain their new investment and help them with the delivery of salt to the basement.
