Clean Water Center Before & After Photos

We had a customer reach out to us because his older softener was acting up and leaving a lot of hard water build up in the home. Kaukauna city water is very very hard and does not take long to noticed the hard water if the softener is not working. After some water tests we found the softener not working as it should and with the age we recommend to replace it. After going over some options the customer decided on the EVRS softener. After a clean and quick install the homeowner was happy to have soft water again. 

We had a customer who has been having trouble with his water softener. After a few tries fixing it himself the unit was still not working. The customer gave us a call to see what we could to do to help. Based on the age of the softener we recommended replacing it. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do. After some water tests and discussion, we found the EVR water softener and a Clear Flo RO was the best fit for the house. After a clean installation the customer is now happy with soft water again and drinkable water as well!

A home was recently bought and sold. The new homeowner came to us to take a look. They had a child with a specific medical condition and wanted to minimize the risk that the water could make the condition any worse. A Project Coordinator discussed exactly what the customer wanted and got him on the schedule as soon as possible for a completely new set-up. A New Iron Filter to start, the EVFE-1054 to keep iron from staining and build up. A water softener, the EVR-1054 for hardness and calcium build up. Lastly a reverse osmosis system for all the drinking and cooking water to reduce everything in the water and get it as clean as possible before any is consumed. He also opted for our optional maintenance plan with a lifetime warranty; if he ever has any problems with any of this equipment, it is covered. Fixed or replaced by us, simple as that.

We had a customer that moved into a new home in Kaukauna. After a few weeks of living in the home, they noticed a lot of build-up in the dishwasher and on the shower heads. The customer had an old water softener in the home, and with the age, they wanted to replace it vs repair it. We sent out a project coordinator to see what we could do to help. After testing, we found extremely hard water, which is normal for Kaukauna city water. After discussing the new softener, the customer went with the EVRS water softener. After the install the customer is happy to be able to use the dishwasher again! 

Nathan in Kaukauna had worked with us during the purchase of his home in 7/22. One year later he decided to replace his water softener, it was old and starting to break down. After a consultation with a Project Coordinator the decision had been made to install an ES-1044, a more modern take on what they had already in the home. This way Nathan should expect the same great water he was getting when he first bought the home with a little more salt efficiency and no more worry of aging equipment breaking in the basement.
