Mr. and Mrs. S were having hard water and iron break through throughout the house with their past equipment. The industry average for the life-span of water softeners is about 10-15 years, and with a unit that was 11 years old, it wasn't performing to the quality this family deserved. With the fluctuation of extremely hard water and iron being present, we equipped this family with an iron filter and a resin water softener that would address any fluctuation in hardness. Mr. and Mrs. S now have their water being treated with the EVFE-1248 and the EVR-1054U that is supplemented with a Lifetime Warranty.

The homeowner had us install a new water softener in 2011.  At that point of time of purchased they agreed on using our maintenance plan agreement to keep the warranty on the unit.  Every year we come out to the home to do a 10 point performance check on the water treatment equipment and take care of the annual maintenance.  We also deliver their salt to their home and test the water before and after the treatment equipment to make sure everything is working to standards.  

Mr. and Mrs. S. were having extreme hardness breakthrough with their current water softener.  They needed some help because this hardness was eating away at their fixtures, appliances and dishes.  Nate, our retail manager, met with the homeowners to discuss potential correction issues.  Their current softener could not keep up with all the hardness.  Nate was able to educate the homeowners on a few different equipment options.  The homeowners elected to go with our EVRS-1054 unit. This unit removes minerals that stain your plumbing fixtures and eliminates odors and foul tastes. reduces the hardness and minimizes water and salt use to save them money.

We had a customer of ours that had any older water softener that was not working as well anymore.  The customer wanted to replace it with something new a better for the water issues he has. After some testing the customer had very hard water, a lot of iron and some sulfur odor. The old system was struggling at times with the odor so he wanted something that would provide a better coverage if needed.  We recommend doing a water softener and iron filter, with having two systems this will provide a bigger coverage window if needed. After the install the customer is enjoying his nice clean water again! 

We had a existing customer of ours reach out to us because they had noticed some sulfur odor in the water over the last month or so. Sulfur is very common in  this area but can come and go, this is the first time they had noticed it in the water.  We sent out a project coordinator to test the water and see what we could do for them. After testing the water we found a high level of sulfur in the water, the current softener was not meant to handle the sulfur so that's why the customer had noticed it coming into the house. After some discussion we recommended the EVS sulfur filter, this systems works by oxidizing the water to turn the sulfur into a solid then being able to filter that out with carbon. The customer was very happy to have clean water again!
