Mrs. S. was noticing hard water build up all over her new home. There also was a lot of chlorine odor coming from the water. Both things are undesirable in the water. Mrs. S. wanted to remove both, we utilized our EVRC water softener that has carbon and resin to removed chlorine and hardness all in one! Mrs. S was very happy that she could have soft chlorine free water in her new home!
Mrs. W. had a water softener that had not been given salt for almost a year. When a water softener goes without salt for an extended period of time it will begin to fail. We initially set her up with a salt delivery in hopes of reviving the softener, but there's was no luck. After finding that the water softener needed a replacement, the best option at this time was our more economical ES model. Now Mrs. W. doesn't have to worry about build up and has a brand new softener under warranty.
Mr. and Mrs. B. were experiencing issues with their older water softener and decided to give us a call for service. Our service technician found that well casing and additional sediment was coming up from the well and causing harm to the treatment equipment. With the age of the water softener, it made more sense to replace it versus service it, but the sediment had to be addressed in order to protect the new water softener to be installed. After looking at their options, they found that our more advanced EVR water softener with the ONE Filter for sediment was going to be the best combination to tackle their issues. They are now with an advanced water softener that is protected by the ONE Filter, so it's expected that they will not have to replace their treatment equipment for an even longer time than before.
Mr. and Mrs. M. began experiencing iron staining in their home after years of not having any issues. With this problem arising, health and safety concerns came about as well. They started their water treatment journey with our testing division, Clean Water Testing. After finding certain metals and minerals in abundance, they decided they wanted to do something about it. We then scheduled a follow up consult with our Project Coordinator who did further testing to find the best solution to solve the aesthetic issues within the water. After having all test results and finding what the ultimate goal was, we found that our more advanced EVR water softener on the Maintenance Plan was the best fit for whole house treatment. The EVR water softener was capable of handling the amount of iron present and it allowed WIFI capabilities in order to communicate with us at the office if any issues arise. In order to address their dissolved solids found via Clean Water Testing, the Ultroflow Reverse Osmosis drinking system was next in progression for treatment, and this focus was on the drinking water. Now that they have state certified equipment in place, staining is no longer an issue, and the RO drinking system is addressing any contaminants in the water.
We had a current customer of ours call in about her softener not working anymore. With the age of the equipment she wanted to look into replacing it. We sent out one of our project coordinators to see what we could do for her. After testing the water and going over options we found the EVRS the best fit for her. After a quick and easy install, the customer is happy she has soft water again!
