This customer decided that it was time to do a water treatment overhaul because they were starting to get red staining from iron in their toilets.  When Clean Water Center came out to the home and did some testing, they discovered that the iron levels are well above what a water softener is rated for on their own, so I iron filter was suggested. They also wanted a new reverse osmosis system to replace the old one which was experiencing low pressure.  After a conversation with the Project Coordinator the homeowners decided on the EVR-1044U softener, an EVFE-1054 iron filter, and the Ultro Water RO system. They also opted into the optional Maintenance Plan, so they have preventative maintenance once per year on all their equipment, filter changes and salt deliveries, and a lifetime warranty of all their water treatment equipment.

Mr. L. called us to see if we could help out with the terrible iron staining and sediment issues with his water.  He currently had a sand filter but was constantly having to clean it out every week.  Nate, our retail manager, was able to check out the situation at the home and test their water.  He recommended a water softer (EVR-1044U) and iron filter (EVFE-1248) to help with the problems.  The homeowners did not enjoy how their water tasted either.  They also installed a reverse osmosis system to help with that.  

Mr. and Mrs. W. called the Clean Water Center to see if we could assist them with their terrible water conditions.  They were getting staining in their toilets, showers, sinks and their brand new washing machine.  Jason, our project coordinator was able to get to the home and test the water to see what was actually going on.  He found that the water hardness was very high as well as the iron level.  The homeowners elected a new water softener (EVRS-1044) and added a brand new iron filter (EVFE-1248) to fix their current water conditions.  Our installer Shae did a great job installing these units.  Very clean install.  

Noticing a decrease in the quality of water in their home, this homeowner decided to reach out to the Clean Water Center. After meeting with one of our Project Coordinators it was decided that the older equipment would need to be replaced. This is an installation of our odor defender system, along with one of our Evolve water softeners. 

We had a customer who had moved into a new home in the city of Kaukauna. Kaukauna is very well known for very hard water, it only took the home owner a few days to figure out something was not right. Her dishes would turn white the new faucets hard spots and build up on them already. The homeowner got in contact with us threw one of our Lowes partners, and got set up with a free consult to see what we could do to help. After some testing we found very hard water, witch is no surprise for Kaukauna city water. We went over some options on softeners and the home owner went with the AOS. After a clean a quick install the home owner is happy she has nice clean water and protecting her new home against hard water.
