The homeowners here are on our annual maintenance plan with their EV2-1054 water softener. Every year we schedule an appointment with them to come to the home to make sure their water treatment equipment is running at top notch. Having this maintenance plan keeps the warranty on the unit in case anything were to go wrong. Zach, our tech, took the lead on this call and inspected the equipment. He tested the water and changed a few yearly maintenance parts. While he was there, he also changed the filters on his reverse osmosis system. Everything looked great and cleaned up when he left.
