One of our rental customers was experiencing salty water. Garrett, our tech, was able to get to the home to investigate the problem. He was able to clean the system up and change a few parts. He then tested the water before and after the water softener to make sure the equipment was running the way it should be. Garrett did notice some well casing in the water after testing and recommended installing an additional filter to help get rid of the black flakes in the water.
