The homeowners purchased an EVR-1044 softener back in 2018. At the time of purchase, they saw the value in enrolling into our maintenance plan agreement. Every year we come out to their home to do a 10 point inspection, take care of the annual maintenance, deliver their salt for the year and test their water. With the maintenance plan, it keeps a lifetime warranty on the unit. That way, if they ever needed a service call, they were covered! Zach was able to visit them this year and take care of their water treatment equipment!
