The homeowner is on our annual service plan for their water softener.  Kyle our technician, went out to the home to do the 10 point inspections of the softener, did the annual maintenance, delivered enough salt out to her home for the year and tested the water before and after the water treatment equipment to make sure everything was working properly.  He did notice the unit was leaking and was able to stop that leak as well.
