Mr and Mrs B are on our annual maintenance plan for their Evolve softener. We sent Layke, our technician, to the home to perform the annual maintenance. He also delivered the amount of salt they need for the year and put the bags right next to their softener in the basement. He changed the regular maintenance parts and tested the water to be sure all the water was perfect.
