Mr. and Mrs. B are on a maintenance plan with us for their water softener.  Every year we come out to the home to do a 10 point performance check on the equipment, deliver them enough salt for the year at the pick-up price, test the water for hardness, iron, ph, and TDS.  We want to make sure they have the best water quality.  We also change their RO filters for them as long as we are there.
