The homeowner here has a water softener and an iron filter in their home. They saw the value in the service plan agreement with us and decided it would be the best fit for them. Our tech Garrett went to the home to start up this service. With the service agreement we do a 10 point performance check on the water softener, annual preventative maintenance of the softener, deliver salt out for the year at pick up price and tested the water for hardness, iron and ph. They also added on a filter service plan for their iron fitler. On that unit we take care of the annual preventative maintenance. If any point of time they would need a service call, they would not need to pay for the labor. Only parts.
