The homeowners called us to see if we could come out to the home to fix the outlet plug on their softener.  It kept falling out of the socket.  While Randy, our service manager, was there, he changed out some parts to clean the unit up. Randy also made sure the unit had the correct settings and he tested the water before he left to make sure their water treatment equipment was properly functioning.
